Electric Rex Tattoo

My wife and I came for tattoos for our wedding anniversary. We wanted ones for our daughter but had different idea. Josh worked with both of us to come up with exactly what we were looking for. The appointment itself went great. Would recommend 10/10 for anyone looking :)

I moved to Pittsburgh a couple years ago. I recently started looking for a tattoo artist that could cover up an awful tattoo on my foot that I got almost 15 years ago (black tattoo which had not faded). Over the years, numerous artists told me that it could not be covered up. After researching multiple tattoo studios, I decided to try Skin Deep Tattoos. I consulted with Josh Meyers, a professional & lifted artist, who was confident that he could cover it up. This was the first tattoo he created for me & he did an AWESOME job!! I knew I had found the artist for me! When Josh moved to Electric Rex, I followed. Josh worked patiently with me to create 9 more tattoos that represented my individualism & uniqueness. I am planning on having more ink done & look forward to working with him again!Electric Rex is a clean & professional studio with a laid-back environment. Chad, the owner, is personable & professional. I highly recommend the studio & artists! You wont regret it!

I had the privilege of getting a coverup done by the owner, Chad. I had a sense of urgency to get it done an he was kind enough to accommodate me and get me in the next day. His work was impeccable in every way! He was extremely professional, personable, friendly, the shop was clean, and the quality of the art he did was next level. This is honestly my new favorite piece and best of all, there is no sign of what was once there! I will definitely be returning to Electric Rex Tattoo and would highly recommend him to anyone else looking for a high quality artist. His work was worth every penny!

Chad is amazing at bringing our tattoo ideas to life. Super happy with all the work he has done for me. Took both of my kids to Chad for their first tattoos as well, and now there is no one else theyd want to go to either. Highly recommend!
