Yokai Tattoo

I got my first two tattoos yesterday with Jonny and Monica. They were both friendly, easy going and professional, definitely made me feel welcomed. They were busy but still very thorough In the design and what I wanted. 10/10 I’ll be returning again for more. The ghost was by Jonny and the dice from Monica during their Friday the 13th flash sale.

Jonny is the best! His tattoos are always better then the reference photos. His detailing is unbelievable! I couldnt have been happier. He always exceeds my expectations. Yokai tattoo is so professional and super clean, great atmosphere. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I wont go anywhere else!

When my daughter decided to get some work done. It was only one option. The agreement was, that if she got it done. It had to be at 1 place only! Yokai... Not only does he do amazing art work. Jonny is more like family to my wife, kids and I.

Yokai Tattoo is your best choice for a tattoo shop in the DMV. Monica was lovely, professional, and thorough. She has done several pieces for me - ranging different artistic styles and sizes; and each piece was carefully executed with precision and skill. Both Monica and Jonny are talented, friendly, and masters of their craft! The shop is very clean and the health precautions they’ve implemented made me feel like I had a low risk for infection. I highly recommend them!

Monica helped me create my custom tattoo. I didn’t give her too much to work with but she drew up the most beautiful design and it was exactly what I wanted. Great atmosphere and very professional. The owner of this place is amazing! He had awesome vibes and always made sure I was okay throughout the process. I asked him to do a piece in korean and he went out of his way to learn how the korean letters were written in order to create example pieces from me to choose from. I highly recommend Jonny’s work to anyone! He’s super skilled and an overall awesome person!

Very professional and clean environment. Ive came in multiple times with my own ideas and concepts and left highly satisfied. Also came in with no ideas and Monica provided excellent options and variety. Great prices for quality work, don’t miss out!
