Perry is a class act! First, all of the staff were extremely welcoming and kind. Then Perry took the time to understand my piercing needs, and came up with a solution I don’t think an inexperienced piercing professional would have been able to. His trustworthiness and expertise is something the entire industry should strive towards.

Yaneiri was the most helpful ever. I came into the store with a scent I already loved and not only did she help me with picking out that selection, but she showed me other scents that were amazing/my vibe as well. If you’re going to go try to find a scent, try to get your appt with her!

I came in to look at a few specific pieces that I had been drooling over on the online shop and instagram for a bit now. (Im kind of an independent / handmade / small business jewelry junkie.) Ive purchased from the online store but havent had the chance to come into the physical store until today. I was helped right away and got to try on all the things! Shoutout to Rebecca who is the most helpful person in the world, who pulled out a bunch of items that I asked for and a bunch of others to try based off of what she saw of my style and whatnot. I saw her and the piercer (Perry, I believe?) being super kind and helpful to everyone who came in. I managed to narrow down my original wishlist and increase it by a few items as well. There was no pressure to buy on the spot (which is great, because I needed to think about what rings I wanted and which fingers to wear them on) Cant wait to come back and get pierced or purchase some items. :)

Gorgeous shop, absolutely stunning items and super friendly unpretentious staff who gave a warm welcome despite probably knowing I couldn’t afford anything! Wish I could have bought soooo many pieces. Very unique artisan collections - unusual to see these designs in real precious metals versus plated costume jewellery. Def come it’s aspirational 😀

The ONLY piercing studio I will go to (Thanks Perry!). Definitely expensive, but youre paying for high quality, body implant grade piercing jewelry which is 100% worth it. The service is great, and Ive never felt pressured to spend outside of my budget. Get pierced by Perry, you wont regret it! Hes incredibly patient, willing to answer any questions you have, honest about what is possible with your anatomy, and great at helping to style your piercings. All of the other staff are also kind and welcoming.

I got a solid gold bracelet welded here by Sam, who was super sweet and patient while I chose the chain and asked questions. You have the option to choose between permanent bracelet or for an extra $40, adding a clasp (which is what I chose). In case the bracelet breaks, you can bring it back to the shop for repairs.

Great customer service experience and really cool merchandise in an intimate boutique setting. Would absolutely recommend looking online first though, as they carry much more than whats in the store on a given day.

He took his time to make me comfortable, answer questions and make me comfortable throughout the whole process.He took a trauma informed approach and asked permission every step of the process making the experience extremely comfortable throughout. He was more than happy to explain aftercare, suggest more peircings (understanding what I was going for), and recommend some colleagues local to me for follow up.I can only recommend this location.

TLDR: high end jewelry and piercing store with high end prices but high end service as well!I’m new to the piercing game so having someone walk me through all my probably silly questions helped me a ton. The service is super friendly and the pieces are diverse and pretty although a bit expensive. I can’t say enough about how welcome I felt and how they answered all my questions without making me feel too stupid. Highly recommend the service

I usually go to a piercing studio in Austin, TX, and was recommended this studio from my normal piercer back home. Perry was incredibly kind and patient, and his eye for the curation I was aiming for was perfect. I received two flat piercings, and so far they’ve been painless. He went over aftercare very thoroughly, and the saline spray and instruction sheet comes in a cute little fiat lux bag. Overall, a truly “Lux” experience. I’ll be back

I was recently pierced by Perry and had the best experience! This shop has a great selection of jewelry and amazing service. I highly suggest making an appointment to get the full experience. I am from out of the area and would definitely make the trip back to get pierced here again.

Best Place for piercing! And The most gorgeous piercing studio ever ❤️❤️. Got two New piercing here and both Of them are amazing. My first one heal really quick and both Of them don’t hurt at all.

Shout out to Kristina who fixed my piercings. They were done at Fiat, everything was easy peasy - until they became embedded (which has never happened to me). I was Uber scared and nervous about it- turns out it could happen with any piercing and I’ve been lucky. Zero judgement from her as my anxiety ridden self explained all this and waited in fear as she as gently as she could try to save the piercings. 1 out of 2 ain’t bad. She was extremely patient, non- judgmental, professional and friendly. I will be booking her for my next piercings as those are all the qualities I’m looking for and she’s aces.

Such a welcoming and lovely group of people who make you feel at home (which I know sounds so weird). I’ll be getting ALL of my piercing done here going forward

I would have to agree with the last reviewer Mirella ( I prob spelled her name wrong ). I walked in to purchase jewelry and I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged while in the shop. I was in this place for a good 15 minutes and no one came over to assist me. The shop only had one couple looking at pieces while all of the other employees were talking amongst themselves. I usually go to body manipulations or brain drops but since brain drops closed I wanted to give this place a shot. Looks Like I will be sticking to body manipulations I have been going there for over 20 years, why change now .

This is the only 💎 jeweler that I buy from. I appreciate sooooo May things about this independent business and the artists and artisans they employ sustain support and perpetuate in our world of global brands and widgets. I’m delighted with the new Fillmore location and hoping to slowly adorn my daughter and loved ones toes to nose in FL gloria!

This is such a beautiful store, and probably the best place to get a piercing in the city. Their selection of body jewelry is incomparable and Perry is so good at what he does!
