Bought some jury from here on December 31 they were having a promotion on January 15. I looked down and realized diamond was missing out of my room. Wasn’t open at 10 so when I seen there was a worker theirs I was asking questions she acted as if she didn’t wanna answer any questions Very disappointed because of the type of money I spent my diamonds might be falling out

Super sweet energetic staff and very knowledgeable!! My go to jewelry store for my children and I in SF. I love my diamond heart lock pendant, new upper lobe piercings and diamond earrings.

I made an appointment online to help remove a nostril piercing and the stand was completely closed when I arrived with no one on staff. Not sure if their systems are adequately synced up between general corporate and local locations.

I’ve shopped at this location on several occasions. I must say especially after reading a negative comment actually a surface review, not a real customer review. My experience has always been positive. They are professional people, knowledgeable and will spend time in the shopping experience. I’ve also had my ear piercing done at this location, awesome. I love the Store Manager and the team. This location is pretty sketchy, a lot of negative people including safety issues. I work in the center, I know how some people behave.

Insanely rude, I came here twice in an attempt to get my ear pierced. First time they kept me waiting until they closed. Second time, they didn’t bother to explain anything, asked me to sign a waiver that I have read the brochure, when I said I haven’t read it so I can’t sign for something that I haven’t seen or hasn’t been explained, their attitude got even worse. I asked if they had a problem giving me service and wanted me to leave, and they said: as you wish.Honestly, I am glad I am not getting my ears pierced here because if god forbid something happens I know they won’t even bother to help. If you expect to be treated with respect, choose another place.

NEVER GET PIERCED HERE I’ve gotten four piercings on separate occasions here and each one became infected in a new and bizarre way. I have plenty of other piercings (some from other professional stores and some DIY) and NONE of the non piercing pagoda ones have ever had any complications. Terrible terrible unprofessional and unsanitary service. you’re better off piercing your own ears with a used syringe in the back of a greasy spoon than ever going here. To clarify, once I pierced my cartilage with a safety pin I found on the ground and it STILL healed better than any piercing pagoda job. so bad. Never go here

Unfortunately this store/company prefer to lose customers than replace or have an item repaired. I purchased an extended warranty, that indeed expired; however, we had a pandemic, lockdown, the store closed…if you don’t want to have a headache DO NOT PURCHASE anything from them. I need a very simple repair and they told me to go “find a jewelry that can fix it for you”. Customers are not the priority. THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. I am very disappointed and will never again buy anything from them. I will follow their suggestion and find a customer service oriented jewelry that can fix my pierce. THEY LOST A CUSTOMER AND THEY DON’T CARE.

Extremely rude service. Barely showed any interest in helping us. Tried to add a bunch of fees and the price of the earrings was different than advertised and she would not honor the price. We left. Never go there.

Approached the counter and said I have a question. The young man said in a VERY rude tone, don’t ask me anything that’s not about this counter, if it’s a question about the mall don’t ask me. Shocked I said what? and glanced at the other person working who said, what if you need something don’t ask us. THERE WAS NO OTHER CUSTOMER WITHIN 25 FT. Very sad - driving away anyone that approaches 🤬

Very friendly ladies that work at this location. My husband lost the receipt to my necklace and they were able to pull his information up and verify that way. It didnt take long, but some places just arent willing to do this for you. So thank you ladies. My chain was replaced and we went on our merry way.

Make sure you go to Destiny for help if you can she’s is great, patient, and kind. Really appreciated her service.

They have and do the ear piercing

Rudest lady who was simply had no interest to help. All I wanted to purchase was an earring back but she was more insistent on piercing my ears. Apparently this jewellery shop had no earring backs for sale unless the earrings were bought specifically from the shop? New to me.

It was an alright experience at Banter piercing, I was getting my 3rd piercing done. But the person who pierced my ears messed up!! And had to pierce one of my years TWICE. And customer service wasn’t the best because he didn’t even say sorry, once he messed up…. And I honestly wouldn’t come back to get another piercing done at Banter by Piercing Pagoda.

Lady here racist, ignored us and didn’t wanna help. Then 2 seconds later another customer who is the same nationality as the person working she was super helpful and friendly! And I’m a poc!!

My daughter got her ears pierced here. The staff was very friendly, patient, and competent throughout the entire process.She said the pain was less than that of a flu shot.

In the Westfield Mall, just a kiosk but WOW! at the selection, friendly and informative staff, and their affordable prices! You gotta stop by and check it out.

Workers were super helpful in helping my sons pick out the right length of chains and just the right pendent to go on them.

Called them today and lady at the front desk was very rude. She ended the call on me as I was asking her a question.

If you want to be mistreated by the lady at the balcony, this is where you should go.
