I’m finally getting to this after my 10th visit. I recommend not only the procedure but also Removery. The staff is excellent, from booking your appointments to the actual visits. They will take care of you. As far as costs go, I would say that they are very competitive. The procedure itself it’s painful, so be ready. Some can tolerate it better than others. Me, I have a large back tattoo that I getting removed and it hurts. Sensitive areas do hurt a bit more. I can go on and on, but I’ll leave it with this: if you’re ready to remove a tattoo(s) for whatever reason, pay them a visit. They will help you understand the process and cost.

When I first went in for my consultation, I liked that the facility was very clean and minimalistic. It’s also located across from parking. Cody who conducted my consultation was super informative and kind (not aggressive/pushy.) I’ve had four sessions with the same nurse now, Sam. I like that she always remembers my tattoos and I’m very glad i haven’t had to see another person each time. She definitely knows her way with the laser! Every session, she always gets me in and out right away. Great staff! Great laser!

I’ve been a tattoo artist for 18 years, I’ve seen what a botched tattoo removal can look like and heard stories about how painful the process can be. Luckily tattoo removal technology has progressed tremendously in the last 20 years and at the forefront of excellent practice is Removery. I love these guys, the staff is super professional and knowledgeable, a lot of them are tattooed and tattoo enthusiasts. The philosophy seems more like an extension of the tattoo industry than working in opposition to it. The office is clean, tranquil and very nicely lit. If you’re wanting to fade your tattoos for a cover up or remove them completely, this is your place.

Sam and Cody are really great. I’ve had a few sessions with Sam and she’s very professional and very calm. Which helps when someone nervous with pain. It doesn’t hurt as much as you would think and the sessions are quick. I would definitely recommend this location.

First time tattoo removal here. Removery staff were welcoming and thorough in explaining the process. They were also realistic regarding how long it would take. I’ve only had a couple of appointments so far so this is just a review for the office itself. Will update once my removal is complete.

Such a good experience at removery sf. The staff is so friendly and kind. I went in for a consultation and I didn’t feel pressured to be sold out any of their packages but instead was explained throughly on how everything works and what my options were as well as what realistic results in what time frame was going to look like which was relieving because other places I consulted at made me feel like they weren’t in it for my best interest to fix my body and remove my tattoos but only for my money. The RN that did my first session (Sam) was so kind and made me feel so comfortable during the whole process. The office is also clean and put together. I would recommend this location and company to anyone looking to remove their tattoos.

The laser tech, Sam was incredibly rude and standoffish and mocked me when I asked some reasonable questions about my tattoo. I highly recommend going to a different Removery location, since this is not the experience I’ve had elsewhere. She needs a serious attitude adjustment and some basic customer service training.

Sam is the best!! Always a fun experience. She documented & tweaked settings specifically for certain spots for certain reasons. Very experienced, which matters!

The staff here is wonderful at my 1st doing a test a on a small area. No wait, I was seen on a timely manner. The place was very clean, Staff was knowledgeable & explained everything thoroughly. However, I left a message for the Nurse to call me back 2 days after my test but I never heard from her!!

Wanted to wait Untill I had a couple sessions in to review. Just completed my 2nd session of many tattoos being removed (young kids don’t get tattooed, learn from my mistakes) but Cody Is amazing the sales/reception guy who explained everything perfect and really took the time to feel like he was helping me move on from my terrible tattoos and wanted to help give me a fresh start instead of just pushing sales. In fact I went to laser away to schedule 4 tattoos to start being removed and only 10 sessions and the price would be 6500$ and not removed within then especially the tattoos on my legs. For only a small amount more I was able to get all 7 tattoos some very large on my whole leg removed for unlimited sessions for all of them. Got an amazing deal and Sam the laser tech is great and made me feel comfortable during the process. Don’t get me wrong it HURTS like absolute hell but usually only during the laser. And not that much after. Office is big and beautiful and definitely top notch. If your on the fence removery is the way to go.
