Adrian is the best clinician! I love seeing her for my treatments and always get the best results with her. She is so friendly, efficient and personal! I see her for both my laser hair & laser tattoo removal. I’m so glad I chose this location/company & feel so lucky every time I have her as my specialist!

Laser hair removal is pricey but I had a great experience completing treatment for face here. They do have financing options available. Kaleigh & Adrienne were my favorite nurses. These two women were always super kind to me and great at what they do!

I had an amazing experience at LaserAway with Atalie and Michelle! They were incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. My lips look natural and exactly how I wanted. Highly recommend them!

I had my final clear & brilliant appointment yesterday, and Mandy was absolutely incredible! When I told her that I wanted to make the most of my final appointment, she made sure I had more than enough time with the numbing treatment to be able to handle the highest setting of the clear & brilliant. She also made sure to focus on the areas where I felt I had little improvement over the course of my treatments. She even made me a little aloe/vaseline/magic mixture to help with post-treatment care. I know she was filling in from another location, but I wish she was a permanent fixture at the Austin East clinic.

Love this place. Love the treatments Ive received. Mandy supported my treatment this morning and SHE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. she was super helpful and informative. Hope to see her back at the Austin East side location more often.

Cute little clinic with the best medical staff! Parking is validated and they are a one stop shop for all things aesthetic. The clinic is very clean. I was treated by their N.P Carly, she walked me through my Xeomin appointment and made me feel so comfortable and I love my results!

Obsessed with Laseraway! The front desk is always so welcoming and they always offer you a drink , and the Nurses are all super knowledgeable and friendly and the results are definitely high quality, I tested the waters with laser hair removal for my underarms and now I’m all in , I’ve done Brazilian, full face , and now just added legs! I’m super pleased with my experience and results!

This place feels so predatory and scammy. I signed up for a consult and now it is impossible to opt out of sales calls and emails.Pricing is not transparent either, and there is no way to understand cost structure without giving away your email, phone, contact information, etc, after which they call you to try to sell the products all the time.Go to Alite laser or SEV instead. All prices are listed on their websites, and some services are 90% lower than this business.

Amazing service, amazing staff and overall an amazing experience. I had Adrienne as my physician who was so patient, informative and did an incredible job on my lips. And Kelsey helped me check in and really made me feel at ease with the whole process. I was pretty nervous since I’d never done any kind of filler before but everyone involved did a great job taking their time and informing me as we went along. I’m excited for my follow up visit and definitely plan to recommend this place!

There is no Lasaraway in my hometown, but I had been dying to try the Clear and Brilliant treatment so I had the brilliant idea to book in Austin when I was going to be there for business. Dom helped me navigate the registering process from afar every step of the way. She greeted me warmly and introduced me to my nurse Adrianne who was clear and warm and so informative. I will have to have my future appointments closer to home but I wish I and everyone could have their treatments at Austin Eastside!

Received cool sculpting here recently, as a guy this can be weird. But the ladies at the domain laseraway were fantastic, super friendly and welcoming.

Found this place randomly online, so I was nervous, but it exceeded my expectations. I went for laser tattoo removal. Ive only had one session so far, so I wont know my results for a bit, but I felt very comfortable and taken care of. All the ladies that helped me were so friendly and professional. My technician/Nurse was Michelle. She made the process of laser tattoo removal as comfortable of an experience as it can be. She sent me home with free after care products and answered all of my questions. They offered me a fantastic promotion and it even included a free clear and brilliant laser treatment! I read some other reviews about how they were over charged for a treatment, but I think they werent clear on how financing a treatment plan works. It can look confusing when you initially sign up, but I dont think the other reviewers realize that they just need to pay off their balance by the end of the promo period (mine is 12 months) in order to maintain the promo price. So when you sign up it shows what the cost would be if you only make a minimum payment each month (just like student loans or a credit card) and thats where I believe the confusion might have been. If youve ever used Scratch pay for vet bills, it works very similar. Plus, everything is in writing over a secure portal, so there arent any hidden fees or a way they could even charge more than the quote. And that was my biggest worry prior to going, because most the other reviews were very positive about the actual services and treatments. I definitely recommend this place!

I have waited a time to write this review so that my emotions would not as they say, influence, my review.I went to LaswerAway for minimal hair removal. They dont allow you to pay individually- they scam you. That I understood.But when I was there the associate who I will not name started talking to me about my many flaws. In business they call this an upsell, but the cost has been so hurtful to hear all the procedures a random 20 or 30 year old entry level associate thinks I need (likely focussed on commission).Its down right predatory. I left that day with many dollars on the table- complained and told the truth. I did not ask for the negative feed back. I am 49, I work out, I am not overweight....come on yall.The company response was dismal. Fake, Phony. No refund possible-for an ill thought out (likely Company inspired) sales tactic.I am 49. Apparently I look 49. And apparently LaswerAway has decided that is a bad thing.LADIES: Do not fall for this predatory capitalism. If you want a little less hair go elsewhere.

Nurse Regan is my fave! She’s always personable and very thorough. My treatments go by quickly; even in the spicy areas. I love chatting with Kelsey and Dominque up front as they are super friendly and knowledgeable about the treatments.

At first when any girl hears about laseraway and their promotional packages it seems too good to be true. But trust me it’s so worth it. I feel like I’ve made one of thee best self care investments for myself. The staff has all been so helpful, friendly, professional and all love their employees industry, Faye was specially helpful n the phone answering any questions and following up with me on my upcoming appointments. As a first time Laser Away patient I was feeling pretty nervous before I walked into my appointment but that feeling went away within 5 mins. The two young ladies that work at the front desk were very bubbly, friendly & made me feel very welcomed ! Talked to them about other services and they were very informative. Overall I am very VERY pleased with the experience & can’t wait to come back for my remaining sessions. 10/10 would recommend this place , absolutely wonderful staff 💗

OMG, no joke Adrienne is the best.. I was so scared to get my lips done and still have them look natural. She did SUCH a good job and I’ve gotten so many compliments HIGHLY recommend her and LaserAway!

My experience, thus far, with Laser Away has been exceptional. Kelsay has been very welcoming since our first phone call to now my first appointment. Adrienne and Kelsay made me feel comfortable and at ease being that this was my first time experiencing laser hair removal. They answered all my questions with much patience and knowledge. I finally tried laser and Laser Away and their staff have made it a simple experience! I like that they have medical staff to ask probing questions about my skin. They were accomodating to my skin condition, as I have eczema and the heat has been making it flare up. The girls seem happy with their job and helping us out. I also appreciate that their staff have gotten procedures done so they can relate and let you know what to expect. Overall Im having a great experience and I cant wait to see the result 💕

The service is absolutely worth it and theres always a good deal around! As a mixed person with extremely thick, long and quick growing hair LaserAway has been a life saver. My hair was thinner after even just two sessions and I could shave so much easier even with only completing half of my 8 sessions.Significantly less painful and so much quicker than waxing. The staff is so nice and seems to genuinely care about you and your experience!I will say its a bummer to have to schedule over the phone as an extremely busy student. But the customer service over the phone is always very kind and helpful.Overall, expensive but the results are worth it and the service is great

My first session was a dream! A week later I barely had any hair so my expectations are high! The girls are very sweet and honestly I fell like I took the best decision! I’m gonna start with my legs in a couple of weeks and obviously I’m waiting for good results as I had for my Brazilian and armpits. Lots of love for this business

I love this location! Everyone is so nice! I love the nurse I usually get for my treatments and I’m always offered a beverage every time I enter. (Get the chai tea latte, SOOO GOOD!) My treatments are working and I was so hesitant when I first started. I highly recommend this location.

I go here to get my tattoo removed by laser and the nurse Adrienne who does the laser procedure is absolutely amazing. I mean hands down worries about my well-being about my pain about my healing. I will use her until my tattoo is completely gone.kelsay is the front desk reception and she is also amazing so kind and attentive and always answers all my questions Im really pleased with this place Im glad this is where I put my money

I enjoy coming to my appointments at LaserAway on 5th Street! Yang and Kelsay up front are really friendly and definitely make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. Nurse Adrianne and Nurse Regan are great! Both are very thorough and make you feel at ease during treatments.I just finished my 5th session last week and have noticed a significant delay in how fast I need to shave again.

Website doesnt display prices. I scheduled an online appointment and they first changed it without consulting me, pushing it to later in the day, at the time of a work meeting for me. Then, when I finally got a hold of the team, the girls were nice over the phone but no followed up at all. She just spilled a bunch of services and prices over the phone. I asked her to email me the info so I could see in details and come back with questions, but she never did. I scheduled a second appointment at the Domain unit, hoping for more support (as I really intended to buy the services) and the second girl did the exact same thing with me. Lost a sale for sure! Never looking for Laser Away again.

Insanely predatory. Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs!!!1. They had me sign paperwork authorizing their third party collections agency to open a bank account in my name. (Apparently they do this so they can charge you automatically + charge hundreds in late fees if you dont pay on time).Paying for services upfront or at the time of service was not presented as an option, even though I would have happily pre-paid for my package -- especially to avoid what came next.2. I didnt read the pages + pages of paperwork closely enough to realize what they were doing. I only found out once my bank sent a major fraud alert.3. In the several weeks it took to identify + resolve this, I had racked up hundreds of dollars in late payment fees. Some of these were my fault because I did not recognize the name of the third-party collections agency when they randomly started sending me bills. I assumed they were junk mail and threw them away as they do not say LaserAway on them anywhere.4. Most fun of all, my credit score dipped nearly 15 points due to this ordeal, mostly due to the fraudulent bank account that was opened in my name.Luckily my credit score is high enough that the difference is inconsequential but I dont want anyone to ever experience what I have, especially if theyre not able to afford the hit to their credit and finances.I certainly learned my lesson in not reading their multi-page contracts, but please learn from my experience and just avoid signing contracts with this business in the first place .

My 10 sessions of laser have been decent. I will say, it is much harder for us medium brown haired folks to see great results. After my hair growth assessment, there is SO much hair left still; after a $12,000 investment, it is disappointing. Their response to this was not ideal; only if I bought an extremely overpriced maintenance package, would they then comp me one session to make up for the lack of progress. My results at Sev (highly luxurious btw) have been incredible and 40% less expensive than what laser away wanted to charge for maintenance.The biggest blessing of this whole process was Reagan by far. She made my experience enjoyable and was incredibly thorough. The attitude and energy she brings to the establishment is representative of true compassion and care for the clients. The front desk girls are wonderful and accommodating as well.

I went in to get first time Xeomin (BOTOX) and the staff greeted me as soon as I entered the building, the provider is extremely informative and walks you step by step on the process, overall it’s a great place to get cosmetic services and the front desk are the nicest people I’ve met.
