Such great staff! Sarah and Zac are wonderful. My first appointment, I was so scared! They made me feel comfortable and calm. Second appointment was a breeze and Sarah and I spoke like old friends! I wont say the process is painless, but if you can sit for a tattoo, you can handle the quick sessions for removal. My medium size tattoo (a bit larger than my hand) only takes about 1.5 minutes to zap, with a quick pause in between. In just two sessions, you can see parts of my old tattoo and line work that I havent been able to see in a decade because of line bleeding and age. Excited to continue to see the progression.

Everyone here is great!! The treatment is state-of-the-art, scheduling is fast and ready. Sarah, who has handled my treatments is super knowledgeable and familiar with the industry. Zac, who helped with my intake and scheduling is very friendly. All around this is definitely the right place too pick for your tattoo removal!

Sarah makes getting my tattoos as painless as possible by her funny and sweet personality. I always look forward to chatting with her during my appointment because she’s so awesome but also helps distract from discomfort. I’ve been in the process of getting a shoulder tattoo removed and it’s been good so far. The removal sessions are painful but I’ve been noticing significant fading with each session after the first one so it’s been definitely worth going. Sarah and Zac have been really helpful throughout the whole process and every employee I’ve talked to has been kind and understanding!

I love Removery! I have tried years of tattoo removal and had little success. After 1/2 sessions at Removery my blue tattoo ( most difficult to remove is almost gone). They are knowledgeable, kind, caring, and work with my difficult schedule. I highly recommend!

I was so surprised when I got a call from Removery recent days. Just imagine, a month ago, I went there to remove my eyebrow tattoo, but they refused, saying it was impossible or it would turn violet, red, or yellow. I was devastated. I had dreamed of removing it for the last five years. And now... I get a call from them saying, Hi, come on over, we have just received a new protocol and can do your brows! I couldnt believe it!!! My happiness was overwhelming!!!So, I went to see the wonderful lady Carmen, who is the perfect example of humor and a kind heart. In one session, we did just two treatments, and all the old tattoo disappeared!!! I am totally happy with the result, the service, and literally everything!!! My big thanks to Carmen and Removery for making my dream come true and making my face look natural again. Love you!

Staff was very professional and comforting, and the process was short and sweet. I just went for the free consultation, but they were able to get started on my tattoo removal immediately. I was in and out in under 30 minutes (I was only having my eyebrow tattoos removed). They did a great job and I would highly recommend to anyone.

The team here really works to make a not-fun experience as tolerable as possible. Everyone is friendly and accommodating, and most importantly they work FAST. I’m usually in and out in less than 20 minutes working on three decently sized tattoos. I love the level of transparency and communication as well. I always know exactly what’s happening and feel at ease.

I have 3 big tattoos I’m currently having removed.2 small ones are gone now from treatment!The lasers hurt and I hate pain. The staff at Removery are quick and professional! Had my first session today with Sarah. She told me it would only take 2-3 minutes and it literally only took that long. It doesn’t hurt and feels like a sunburn afterwards. Overall, Sarah and Zach were both so sweet and I’m very happy with the results from just my first session. Highly recommend!!

I had one session with Removery in March 2024. I was very uneasy after the session but didnt review or follow up as I had no other experience to compare it to and just wanted to forget it. However I recently went for a removal session at another clinic and the experience was so different (and actually effective!) that I felt the need to review Removery as a warning to others. I had a very small area of tattooed dots (around 3 cm) that I wanted removed. They initially were very insistent that I be put on a payment plan to pay the full amount of removal over multiple sessions, but I told them I was only passing through Austin so could only have one session. They came back and quoted me US$386 for the one session and I gulped a bit as this was over double what another place had quoted in a different city. However I had made the drive to be there so decided to go through with it.During the session there was very little pain and the whole thing lasted about 3 minutes. I had been told the session would take about 20 minutes so I actually queried the short amount of time and the woman reluctantly did a few more zaps, then I was rushed out. In the weeks afterwards there was no notable difference which I was told was common. I thought some fading might happen over more time but after two months the area was exactly the same. I honestly felt I had been scammed and was very disheartened.This week I went to a different clinic. The difference in service and results was jaw dropping. The consultant said it would cost me $100 per session and was very clear and empathetic. During the session she seemed very thorough and took her time. I actually felt a lot more pain at this session but at the end the tattoo was noticeably reduced by perhaps half of what it was. .Whatever the case. The technology at this other place was by far superior. The price was a quarter what I was charged at Removery! And I left feeling super relieved and thankful Id given it another go. My advice. Shop around. Removery presents as very professional but left me with the feeling Id been taken advantage of.

I have had such a wonderful experience with the folks at Removery! I was very nervous to get started with tattoo removal and really had no idea where to start, but Zac and Sarah helped ease my nerves and gave me all the information I needed. I would not go anywhere else!

I went to the Pflugerville location. I went for a removal and I would estimate 6 or 7 visits (I paid for unlimited visits to get the tattoo removed) on the last visit it was pretty faded but very visible. The tech states she was going to “Go Deep” on this visit. That was a bad idea. I replaced my tattoo with a scar. Where the tattoo once was there is now a much lighter than my skin tone ghost of what the tattoo once was. It’s not a scar, it feels like my regular skin but it just much two shades lighter than my skin tone.I let them know I wasn’t coming back in for more treatments and they asked all kinds of questions like did I take it in the sun or a pool or warm water lol. Ok. No I didn’t take it in sun or pool but yea I take warm showers. Not hot… warm. Let them tell it, I did this to myself.I don’t recommend them. Of if you hear her say she’s going deep…. Run.

Started tattoo removal back in 2016 and had to pause in 2017. Just started back up in 2024 and WOW what a difference with Removery’s newer laser! I have a med-large all-black tattoo being removed and the after-care and healing is incredibly different from when I started. Excited to finish the process now!

I recently came into the Removery to start my journey to remove my half sleeve. When I first walked in, I was immediately surprised how professional and comfortable it was inside. Everyone was super nice and while the process isn’t painless, it was fast. I was worried about parking down by South Congress but parking was a breeze with a lot behind the building. There are lollipops for when you’re done with your appointment which is a nice touch; or you can treat yourself with a gelato next door. Great spot, great service.

I am truly thankful I found Removery on S Congress, everything has been wonderful. The whole staff is patient, professional, and knowledgeable (Marilyn, Zac, and Sarah). Appointments are smoothly made and they are always willing to accommodate my schedule. Having the session at 5PM is so helpful for all of us working 8-5 jobs. I just completed my fourth session and we have made progress. My piece was a mess to say the least, a botched tattoo to cover up another botched tattoo on my forearm. We have almost cleared up all the black shading and getting to the red and blue ink. I am patient, you must have patience with the process. :) Very happy here. Thank you again

I went in to get a consultation to remove some old microblading I had gotten on my brows years ago. I have never done any sort of laser anything so I did not know what to expect but I had an AMAZING experience. Staff was so friendly! Facility was clean. Procedure-wise, they were honest about what kind of results I should expect and were really transparent about the entire process. After talking through the post-care and answering any remaining questions, they did a spot test and waited a few minutes. I was really happy with the outcome and they were able to accommodate me right then and there and do the first session!Really happy with my results and looking forward to going back and getting these angry bird brows erased for good!! Everything was fantastic and seamless! i had this tattoo i got with my ex best friend who was terrible and zac was super friendly, fun and knowledgeable when it came to all my questions (i know nothing about tattoo removal), and marilyn and sarah were also gems!! 11/10 highly recommend

I’ve had a positive experience so far. Have an extra large, very colorful back tattoo that we are beginning to work on. Anyone wanting a tattoo laser- removed needs to research and understand that pigment is removed by different levels of wavelength. Common practice starts with black allowing it to heal 8 weeks before the next session. It might be three sessions just on the black. This place uses the latest technology and is very careful with your skin. At least they have been with mine so far so as not to leave scars. I’m very happy with this company so far. I will be super pleased with a much lighter tattoo. Expect many sessions and no lidocaine.

After years of thinking of getting a stupid college tattoo removed, I finally made an apmt. My first session went so easily, I’m kinda ashamed it took me so long to come in. Not nearly as bad as I thought it was gonna be. My technician was Sarah and she was awesome. Always appreciate someone who can chat, but who won’t force a convo if you want to sit in silence.

I worked with Zac in the beginning to answer any questions I had. He never pressured me into making a decision. When I did decide to start, he was still just as friendly and comforting with answering all of the questions I still had! Sara did my first session and she was so kind and talked me through it! I love feeling comfortable with these types of things, so it makes it extra seamless. I’ve now had a few sessions and I learn something new every time! Thank you!

The staff is VERY patient- they answered a million questions thoroughly and I swear would hold my hand through the treatment if they werent busy with the laser. Very clean and professional. Although it hurts, they do make the whole process as comfortable as possible. So quick, in and out. Parking isnt that big of a deal and if Im feelingat all bad foe myself, i can run next door and get ice cream.

Great spot in Austin! Will definitely be doing a few other tattoos after starting here and seeing how easy and welcoming the process is. Wow!!! Cannot recommend enough!!! 10/10!!Ive had experiences with 3 tattoo removal facilities over the past 15yrs and Im very familiar with the industry. Im currently getting an entire color sleeve removed. The staff at Removery on South Congress are not only professional, they are also friendly and genuine!I had my initial consult with Zac last year in June or July, and he provided excellent expectation setting and also hope with vulnerability about his own removal experience. I was fearful due to previous trauma at those med spa places that offer removal without real training. Zac really set the stage for the gentle and competent care to come!!! Focused time and consideration were offered; no questions were left unanswered.Ive worked with Sarah since on the actual laser treatment. Sarah cares about my skin and educates me consistently on how to care for it myself. This is demonstrated in the time taken and the aware diligence with the pain mgmt. techniques they offer (icing and I believe a localized nitro tool?? Not sure what that magic device is lol). Sarah is highly clinically informed on what lasers to use, at what frequency, in what order, and at what point in treatment to ensure your skin is free of permanent damage!!! The training and professional experience is evident at every turn, which contributes to my sustained sense of safety at Removery!!!The other laser tech, Marilyn, greets me by name with a warm smile and great humor every time I walk in and as I head out! Although I dont work with Marilyn personally, a close colleague does and the same high praise has been verbally offered about the treatment!Truly, excellent service!!!! Worth the pain! At this rate it’s going to take 6 years to laser off my tattoo. Have already tried for 2 years here, and the tattoo is a few shades lighter but clearly visible. What’s more absurd is the last few sessions they have said they are keeping the laser at the same setting… meaning they’re not upping it or trying to do anything to improve the results. I thought their flat rate was a good deal at first, but now 2 years into it a realize it is not a good deal given the amount of time and miles I have to put into this. The staff is always very friendly and the facility is clean but at the end of the day we want effective results in a timely manner. Be advised if you decide to go here.

I cannot recommend Removery enough, they truly deserve a standing ovation! I’ve been working on fading a very large scale area in an unpleasant spot for the last 2-years in preparation for a full back piece, unfortunately, I’ve had terrible and honestly traumatic experiences having started the process and continued it with two former locations, both having been the most painfully insufferable experiences I’ve ever encountered. It wasn’t until I discovered Removery that I realized that my entire experience could have been much more pleasant and much less anxiety-provoking. If Removery was a restaurant, they would be three Michelin Star, as they are by far the top establishment for tattoo removal. The staff are so incredibly knowledgeable, dedicated to their craft, and hospitable. The environment is calming, the technicians are kind, caring, and down to earth, and the overall professionalism is unmatched. My appointments have always started promptly on time and efficient in getting me in and out so as not to drag on what can already be an uncomfortable experience. Not to mention they have really flexible payment plans and cancellation policies! Removery really knows how to treat people well and tend to the mental and emotional wellbeing of what can be physically painful. If visiting the South Congress facility located in Austin, Texas I highly recommend asking for Laser Specialist Marilyn Begin, she is an absolute treasure of a human being and truly goes above and beyond.

My technician is amazing, friendly, professionalAnd always goes above and beyond. She takes her time and does not rush the process. I really appreciate all her effort.

After 3 years, 13 sessions (they claim it takes 8-12 per treatment), 6 technicians, 3 locations (North Austin, Onion Creek & South Congress) and over $3.5k, they tell me that my tattoos wont be fully removed. Even worst, they say that I cant expect any more significant progress from the current situation, one tattoo is ~50% removed and the other ~%60.I had to adjust to their locations and prices as they keep closing branches; I started paying about $250 per session in 2020 (North Austin) and last one was $613 (August 2023 - South Congress).Technicians are nice and kind but they dont fully understand how this technology works, they just act as robots applying the laser on your skin; each one has a different opinion about your treatment.My recommendation is that you dont buy your initial reaction per the nice installations, nice technicians and their words, they will promise results and times that they cant really guaranty. Do your research about the technology, other companies, your skin color and your tattoo (specially if it has bright colors, you can see on their webpage that 95% of the cases have only black ink).Now, I feel frustrated, abused and have two slightly faded tattoos that look pretty mediocre/half-way done. If Ive known this from the beginning Ive would not started the process, I did like my tattoos, just wanted my legs clean.

Great service, great staff. Been coming for appointments for years now. It’s the only place I would consider for removal, I’ve never had a bad experience, and the service has only improved over time. Great facility with reliable staff, great work, and a welcoming environment.

I first went to another place for a consult but it wasnt any good compared to The Removery consult. They explain the process and show you the equipment, explain the science and prices are very reasonable. I am about 18 months into my removal. I had bright colors so they are harder to remove. The clinic is great with scheduling, reducing pain and making sure medically that removal is successful and safe. They are great responding when you have questions and after the first 1 or 2 you will have questions.

I’m about halfway through my treatment and I’ve had a great experience! The staff is super helpful with literally every aspect of this removal journey. They customize your treatment for your individual needs. For example, I’m on a light sensitive medication, but they adjusted my treatment plan and schedule to accommodate that with no hesitation. The text line is awesome and I use it regularly to ask questions, make sure my medication list is approved for treatment, and make scheduling changes - their response time through the text line is fantastic. The front desk staff is super kind and fun to talk to during the short wait (if any) before your appointment. The technicians are always super friendly, go at a pace comfortable for you, and answer all my questions with a smile. I’ve literally never had an experience with them that’s any less than awesome. Keep up the great work, y’all!

Im on my fourth session out of 10 as of now. My tattoo has already faded and I notice a huge difference. As the session go by they do use more pressure and it does hurt a little , but it still goes by so quickly and your in out in less 5 mins. Everyone is still very friendly and nice every visit. Ill post again after the next few sessions.

Amber and the Removery team are absolutely incredible!! I started working with Amber at the beginning of the year and she is an absolute joy. I am so happy with my experience at Removery! The process was clearly communicated, the quality of tools was impressive, location is stellar. I had a lot of questions and they were all answered and they put together an aftercare kit for when you go home, I felt very well taken care of. The actual tattoo removal sessions are quick for me (little tattoo) and consistent, I see a lightening after every session. I’m so glad I made the choice to go with them!

I do not have one negative comment to make regarding my experience at Removery Tattoo Removal. The space is always clean and well put together. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the service they provide. I really appreciate that Marilyn took the time to educate me about the removal and care process prior to signing me up for treatment. She made sure to leave no stone unturned or question unanswered when it came to my treatment plan. The service is quick and easy. Im getting filler on my lower forearm removed and the appointment takes 10 minutes at the most. I wont lie, the feeling of the laser isnt a walk in the park but Marilyn is always quick and efficient and the cold air she uses while lasering really does take the edge off. I am only 3 sessions in and have seen so much improvement, Im excited to continue my journey with Removery!

The Removery is awesome! I’ve had three treatments over the course of a couple years (I took quite a lot of time in between my last couple treatments). But, I just came back for the first time in a long time and let me tell you, this place is still just as amazing! Great service. Everyone I’ve ever encountered there has been sweet and made me feel super comfortable. Their prices recently went up, but I imagine it reflects the current average removal prices. In any event, I think it’s totally worth it. They are super attentive and will text you before and after to check in and answer any questions you have.Highly recommend!

Staff is extremely nice and friendly! They were very thorough with aftercare instructions and texted me the day after to check on to me to see how I was doing after my first treatment. They’re awesome! The laser isn’t too bad pain wise either, it’s about as bad as getting an actual tattoo. The staff made it less scary and explained everything. Definitely recommend this place!

I started going to the Eraser Clinic a few years ago and am now a repeat client. I am always so impressed with the level of care they provide each time i come in for an appointment. Loved Their Customer Service So Much I Started the Day of My FREE Evaluation!!!My experience with them was amazing. Everyone staffed is a tech so no matter if you call in to the office or walk in and speak to the front desk, theyre all completely knowledgeable. They explained the processes so well that I was comfortable starting the process that day. Considering the fact youre removing an unwanted tattoo it is reasonably affordable as well. They offer pay-as-you-go and bundle packages (which you are actually refunded what you dont end up using, to make it even more affordable).Since my first treatment they have called to check on my comfort and to answer any follow-up questions and/or concerns. As for my skin they say it differs per person but minimal irritation and after 3 days back to normal (outside of a little dryness).I have already scheduled my next treatment and glad I found the right company to join me on this long journey.Definitely recommend anyone in the Austin area looking to get a tattoo removed to start here!

Find somewhere else! The company verbally assured me of full removal in under two years for an extremely high price, but every session they lowered my expectations until full removal wasnt possible and minimal progress was being made. On top of that, sessions were inconsistent and sloppy with every technician having their own method and sessions taking months to schedule further extending removal time.The company refused to give any refund for poor performance, deceptive business practices on desperate people, and services not rendered. Dont do business with them!

Great experience at Removery Austin! I’m removing my entire sleeve so I have been visiting for about a year so far. The staff is so kind and always takes great care of me and my tattoos. I’m seeing great progress with my sleeve removal, you just have to be patient and listen to the staff! They truly know best!

I have minimal pain when I go here and they are so quick I am doing almost my full body. I love every person that works on me very professional super clean and just awesome.

Amber, Marilyn, and Zach are fantastic! Amber and Marilyn have done my full back tattoo removal for the past 1.5 years and are always so welcoming, caring, and understanding. When I first started, they made sure I felt comfortable with the process, and explained how everything would work so there were no surprises. At each session they go at whatever pace I need to get through the process, and make sure my back is numbed as much as possible with ice and cold air. For my large back piece I started at about 20 minutes per session, now Im down to about 10 minutes. Ive had no bad reactions at all from the laser during the healing process (of course, it does hurt during the session but theres no avoiding that). And its always easy to reschedule as needed, which is nice when youre just not feeling like you can face the laser that day. Highly recommend these folks!

My girlfriend and I had back to back appointments today. Erin did our treatments and she was super professional... she was thorough and explained the whole procedure from start to finish. The gal at the front desk who checked us in and gave us our paperwork was super nice and told us about their new Round Rock location opening soon that we are super excited about since we live up North. The only bad thing about this place is the parking was tough. We found a place after making a few laps around the parking lot. The building has a shared bathroom which was super clean. While youre waiting you can grab a water or soda from the mini fridge. The check in and check out process was a breeze. They got us set up for our next appointments and sent us on our way with a great goody bag with all the supplies we need to take care of our removed tattoos.I really liked how Erin took her time on each one of us. They offer packages at discounted prices and will refund you your money for the remaining appointments if your tattoo gets removed before then.I will definitely recommend this place to others who are looking to get their old ink removed!

I just had my third removal appointment at Removery yesterday, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Amber is absolutely amazing. Her professionalism is off the charts and she knows how to make the process as painless as possible. She showed me infinite patience despite my low pain tolerance and anxiety. Honestly, I go into each appointment excited for the progress but also to get the reassurance that there are people like Amber out there who own and excel at what they do.If you’re on the fence about this, just go for it. Amber got rid of the unsolicited shading on my tattoo after one appointment. I’m seeing huge progress each time I go in. Appointments are super quick and they validate parking too.Pro tip: Ladies do not schedule appointments just before or during your period when you’ll be much more sensitive to pain.

So I have made my second visit to get a hand tattoo removed. So far its looking great! No pain and Im feeling good! The office is super clean and everyone is very nice, friendly and are very informative and explain the whole process from start to finish. They called the next day to check in to make sure Im feeling okay and Im not having any issues. I love that they do the follow up. Also they are able to answer any questions that I might have forgotten to ask during my appointment. My appointment was quick, easy, I was seen right away and really had minimal pain. I had my first laser treatment yesterday. It is painful, but it goes by quickly. The staff is so friendly and I enjoyed talking with my specialist during the appointment. They walked me through the process, and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable. The facility was clean and smelled really nice when I walked in. The tattoo is a little swollen today as expected, but not blistered or even painful. They said they would check up on me today which shows a huge level of care and responsibility on their part. I am impressed by their service, and very happy I found Eraser Clinic.

Everyone at Removery is amazing! They’re so friendly & professional. I just had my 3rd session yesterday & impressed by how much of my very very large tattoo has already been removed. They’ve been able to get me in same day when I needed it and have great payment plans available in house & through a lender. My tattoo is on my upper back & in a few spots it stings but instantly goes away right after the area is treated. It really does feel like a small sunburn after treatment & they send you home with a care package which is so helpful. I held off getting mine removed for years thinking I couldn’t afford it, but they really do work with you. Glad I chose them to help me with my removal & excited to see the final results!

Amber and Gaby were immediately inviting when I walked into the office to have a small tattoo on my ankle removed. I was not sure if I was at the right location and they assured me that, even if I had gone to the wrong location, they would be able to accommodate me. They had a fridge full of refreshments that was offered before going into the treatment room. Amber explained the tattoo removal process in depth, ensuring that all of my questions were answered and even brought up a few things that I didnt think about. She made me feel comfortable and confident that this was going to be a fairly easy process. The pricing was reasonable and they had a few package options to choose from as well. My first treatment was over in about a minute and it was way less painful than I thought it would be, easing my worries about the number of treatments needed. I’ve been wanting to get a botched tattoo removed for years. But all I kept hearing was how expensive it was and how bad it hurts. Boy was I wrong!! I mean, yes, it’s pricey, but their packages for full removal (no matter how many sessions it takes) can be financed with no interest. And yeah, it didn’t feel great. It basically feels like getting a tattoo….but for a MUCH shorter time. My entire session was about 30 seconds long. My incredible tech Marilyn walked me through absolutely everything so there were no surprises. And I’m so grateful to Zac for bringing me in. Their whole staff is just lovely. If you’re on the fence, just pop in and get consultation. Nobody will try to force you into anything. They’re really there to help. 10 stars!!!

If you want a tattoo removed this is definitely the place to go! I’ve had nothing but good experiences through my treatment so far. They offer great package deals based on square inches of the area/s being treated. I chose to do this so I can remove 3 of my tattoos at a better price, I definitely recommend doing a package deal. While it can be painful, especially depending on the area you are getting treated, the staff there make you as comfortable as you can be! They use ice packs and cold air blasts, allow for any breaks needed, and finish the treatment with hydrocortisone cream to help with any discomfort. The ladies there are always so kind and welcoming, and will explain the process or anything you have questions about (they are very knowledgeable at what they do!). They also take before and after pics for each session, so you can see the progression over time. I myself have had great results so far, so great in fact that I’ve decided to remove 2 more tattoos with them! Overall I highly recommend Removery!

Ive been working with the south Austin Eraser Clinic for almost 3 years. Ive taken the slow road in getting treatments done since I travel often, but the process has been absolutely effortless on my end. They remind you before every appointment to make sure that time and date still works for you, if not the rescheduling process takes maybe 2 minutes though their online portal. The procedure isnt exactly a fun process but the girls make it as easy and painless as possible, not to mention theyre all incredibly kind and personable. They check up on you after every treatment to make sure things are going okay. I am almost done with getting two tattoos removed, its been a long process but its been so easy and done the right way. I have zero scaring or trace that a laser was there. I am just starting the process of getting another removed and know it will be just as great as the last. I was a little anxious after reading up on it, but it surprisingly wasnt as painful as I was expecting and it was very quick. They keep photos of every time you come in so you can see your progress and they genuinely care about helping you get your stubborn ink removed. Everyone’s skin is so different and your body can react differently to the treatment so I love that they cater everything to what works best for YOU. They recommend a vitamin E oil treatment and I started slacking on that and wasn’t getting the best results and they noticed and told me how it was super helpful. So I did it twice a day in between the last treatments and was shown a photo of how much it improved the process! You don’t feel like just a random customer there - they take super good care of you and are so so nice and welcoming. Not to mention incredibly informative! Still one of my favorite things is that they text you the day after to see how you’re doing and have an open line so you can ask questions at any time and send them photos. It makes me feel so confident in the whole process. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

After doing a lot of research and reading about all the tattoo removal clinics in town, I knew I had made the right choice as soon as I walked in the door at Eraser Clinic. The waiting room is clean and welcoming and the staff is super friendly. I had a lot of questions and they were happy to answer them all. They also have the latest technology, the FDA-approved Picoway laser. I have quite a few tattoos I wanted to remove, and with their pricing system I was even able to do a couple extra ones for the same price. The treatment was fast and the technician explained every step of the process, and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole thing. Ive been wanting to get some of these removed for some time, and after my first treatment Im even more excited to come in for my next one.

It didn’t hurt as bad as I thought it would the good thing is it is quick and fast they apply ice before and after and helps a bunch also gave me very clear instructions and a cute little after care bag!I am excited to finish this off and see great pictures

Chose Eraser Clinic after seeing a ton of awesome reviews online and a bunch of before and after pictures. Had my first tattoo removal treatment today with Marilyn at Eraser Clinic and I’m already impressed! First I was surprised at how soon I was able to get in, they called me within 30 minutes of my online inquiry yesterday and they had me an appointment for a free consultation the next day, and to my surprise I was able to get my first treatment at the same time! Marilyn was so friendly and super great at explaining the process to me. Also, nice cozy office as well!

This is THE place to remove your unwanted tattoos! These girls are kind, knowledgeable, honest, and so pleasant to be around. They obviously know their craft and make the best decisions for your skin, regardless if your tattoo is ready to be lasered or needs to wait a little longer by recommendation. Great clinic with great people. They have a very welcoming environment and are very fast to attend you. You can call and set up appointments really easily and they will text you reminders so you do not forget. They are very professional and detail oriented when going through the process. They explain what is best for you and what you should be worrying about. Finally they give you a follow up call post appointment to see if you had any issues or questions. This is something I have been wanting to do for years and I am more than content with what Eraser Clinic has to offer. This was the perfect choice and I would recommend this to anyone who needs an unwanted tattoo removed

I have been to The Removery five times now and have had a positive experience every time. The place is always clean and all covid protocols are followed. Ive been treated by the same two woman every time. Amber and Marilyn have been professional, courteous, and showed excellent bedside manner. One of the times i went by i was told my skin was too dry for treatment. While disappointed, I appreciated the honest feedback so that i ultimately got the best treatment. Ive just completed my third session for a tattoo on the back of my neck. Every visit to the office has been a pleasant experience, and the progress is amazing! I was informed that theyve upgraded their laser since my last session after I commented on how painless it was this time. I have tan, sensitive skin, and pretty low tolerance for pain + discomfort and have been surprised at how quick and nearly painless the treatments are. I’ve found laser hair removal to be far more painful / uncomfortable than this. The cherry on top is the that the team is highly professional, knowledgeable, and kind.

Cant explain enough how awesome this place is! I keep having one great experience afther the other. Amber was the most recent person I dealt with, and she made it super smooth and fast! The actual process is quite annoying and similar to a bacon grease burn but so far, so good! I have some tattoos that will take some time to get removed. So Removery did a great job of setting my expectations. They also stressed the importance of after care and how it will help improve the removal process. Even though I absolutely go in there with a bad attitude, only because I know how annoying the pain is, they are still kind and caring. 5 out of 5 would recommend!

I have been going to Eraser Clinic since this past summer to start removing a tattoo on my forearm, I have been wanting it gone for a couple years already but was just unsure of the process and who to go with. After finally deciding to get it over with I decided to try out Eraser Clinic. The first visit was a really quick 30 minutes for the screening and price quote and I was able to ask all of the questions that I needed about the process which made me feel really comfortable and I decided to do my first treatment that day. After every treatment I have been able to see some kind of difference but I would have to say after my third one its when It was strongly noticeable. Every appointment after the first is always a quick 15 minutes in and out and they’re prices and packages are really affordable can’t wait until it’s completely gone.. Thanks to everybody there for being so helpful and doing a great job! 👍🏼

The laser technicians Amber and Gabby are awesome. They are really friendly, confident and professional in there job. Amber took really good care of me and explained every step of the procedure and the aftercare. I can only talk for myself but I can’t say it hurt to bad. She was fast which made it really bearable. I recommend this place 💯

Edit 11/02/23. Still in progress but all of my color has been blasted away. They always let me know when they have to up the laser (not fun) and give me time to adjust or a break as needed. Highly recommend still if you need any ink removed.Still in progress with my removal but theyve always been friendly and professional on every visit.My consultation wasnt a pressure feel and they explained the process in detail along with an estimate for how many visits overall/timeframe.

Eraser Clinic has been absolutely wonderful! Amber was very sweet and informative about the whole process. I was only able to do two treatments before I moved, but I have already seen a tremendous difference in the removal of both my tattoos. They were extremely helpful as well helping find a reputable place to transfer to in FL for the remainder of my treatments. I would 100% recommended them to anyone looking to remove a tattoo.

Super welcoming and inviting! The process was so easy and they were able to walk me through the whole thing and get the first session done in like half an hour! They had flexible payment options and lots of healing tips, helping me feel very informed.I was honestly super nervous but the staff was so calm and prepared that it took all the weight off and I had a great experience! 10/10 recommend!!!

This location is great! I went to one other tattoo removal place a couple years before this and I didn’t have a great experience (trying to aggressively sell packages). The girls here are so great and informative of the whole process, they answer all your questions, and don’t aggressively sell packages for treatment (even though buying the packages are cheaper- DO recommend, and you can pay monthly)They are very sweet and care about your removal process and making sure it goes smoothly!

Eraser Clinic-Austin is a great place! I can always log on to the portal and request an appointment whenever I need. The staff is extremely polite and even sweet. They even keep a fridge stocked for just their clients! The laser they use is one of the newest models on the market and for my spine tattoo, I feel like it is being removed in less treatments than I thought it would be! Woohoo! I also like their bulk discount plant for removal treatments as it helps me save money, while still getting a great quality of tattoo removal treatments. I am working on my second tattoo removal right now, and my first one was completely removed from the back of my neck (picture). All of my tattoos will be removed with Eraser Clinic. Theyre awesome!1/13/2020 Update: Another removal session with Eraser Clinic Austin and Im so impressed with the progress. Right now Im working on a quite large tattoo on my spine that spans about 5 inches in width. The girls in the office are so kind and dressed the tattoo after the session, made me a care package, helped me put my bra on where it didnt rub the tattoo treatment area and helped me unstuck my shirt from the scotch tape holding on my bandage. I have a sever medical tape allergy and can only use scotch tape for things like this, and these girls are on point and never forget. First class service all around.

I had 2 sessions done at this location. The staff was very friendly and professional. The place is very clean and they use the latest laser equipment.The actual laser tattoo removal process was relatively quick (less than 10 minuntes) and painless. Their pricing is very reasonable as well.After 2 sessions, i already can see my tattoo start to fade. I still have 11 more sessions to go and Im very confident they will do a good job at removing my tattoo. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wish to have their tattoo removed.

I had my free consultation and my first session today. The staff was very professional. They answered all my questions and explained everything extremely well. The exam room was very clean. They were able to do my first session right after the consultation. She numbed the area with cold. It was less painful than I thought it would be and only took a few minutes. She bandaged me up and sent me home with extra bandages and excellent aftercare instructions. I am happy I chose this clinic. I did a lot of research before hand and they were the best choice for me. I look forward to my next session and fading this tattoo!

Im only a few treatments in, so have not seen a huge difference in my very dark, very heavy ink tattoos yet. That being said, I really love the staff at Eraser Clinic and always find the techs to be delightful and informative. Im always seem pretty much immediately, so its a very in-and-out procedure and their payment plans have made it an affordable way to erase some bad tattoos. Im looking forward to seeing more significant fading in my next few treatments!

I have had one session so far at the Eraser Clinic and my experience was really good. I have a bunch of disparate tattoos that are not connected and have a bunch of negative space in them and when doing the pricing they took that into consideration and fairly assessed the inked area, excluding the non-inked area. They were professional, experienced, knowledgable and actually fun! Will come back again to update this about the results after I get a couple of sessions finished.

10/10 recommend, I have this HORRIBLE tattoo I’ve been wanting to remove for years now and I’ve gone to another laser removal studio before but the experience wasn’t pleasant BUT coming to recovery was a game changer. I felt so comfortable with the staff and the machine and equipment they used made the process even more bearable than other places I went too. I got a poorly done tattoo a while back and this place has been a godsend. I first went to another tattoo clinic in Austin that shall not be named, and the difference in the service between the two places was like night and day. For one thing, Eraser Clinic often has a Groupon out, so that alleviated some of my financial concerns in deciding to zap my tattoo. But even if their services cost more than that other place, Id still go here. Every single person Ive interacted with has been warm, professional, and nonjudgmental, and theyre always able to answer any questions I have. They are up front about prices and make sure you know exactly what youre getting into before they get you in the chair. They are also transparent about the number of sessions youll need. They give you everything you need for aftercare, and Ive been consistently amazed at how well the area has been healing and how the ink has been fading. They also call a couple days after each session to follow up and ask if you have any questions. I wish I had come straight here when I first started thinking about tattoo removal; I cant recommend this place enough.

For me tattoo removal is a slow and uncomfortable process, period. But the staff at Eraser Clinic make the whole experience much more pleasant. They have flexible scheduling and payment options, the clinic is very inviting, Rachel at the front desk is friendly and professional, and Nicks expert knowledge and empathetic demeanor during the treatments make the entire experience deserve 5 stars for sure.

Every technician here has been a delight. The procedure is painful, which is to be expected as it’s a laser on your skin, but it’s quick and they do their best to make it as comfortable as possible. They let me cuss to my heart’s content during the procedure and congratulate me when it’s over. I’ve only had 2 treatments so far and am seeing a noticeable difference. I would absolutely recommend this place.
