Support this man! Dude is a stud, super stand up guy. He blasted my entire leg and I couldn’t be happier. Jason hits the nail on the head in every way (creative professional efficient clean) also dude is an actual artist I love that he freehands and he’ll adjust what you want to contour your body. He’s honest level headed and easy to talk to.. I hope Austin treats you well dude. Chloe is organized and on it. He’s been doing it a long time and you can tell.

Cannot recommend Black Swan enough! Jason is unbelievably talented, and has hit every request I’ve had out of the park. From big 10 hour sessions to quick little bangers, this guy does it all. He has drawn all of my pieces on by hand so each tattoo fits the body perfectly. His line work, shading and color saturation are all top notch. Literally wouldn’t trust anyone else after seeing the level of execution he’s capable of. 10/10, Jason is a true technician!

Shop has great communication, Chloe made sure I had all the details prior to arriving every time. Austin Texas is so lucky to get Black Swan Tattoo Company. Jason Metka is an unbelievable Tattoo artist. I had sleeve done at the Medford OR location a little over a year ago. Lets just say he is so good if I was going to get more work done I would fly across country for him to do it, But lucky for me I wont have to because I moved to Texas a year ago and will only be 1 hour away from Austin. If your looking for Japanese Tattoo or anything you can think of dont look elsewhere Jason is absolutely phenomenal he will custom fit to your body Ive never seen anything like it. So happy to have Jason in Texas with his passion and talent for Tattooing.

The whole experience was simple, quick, and to the point. Setting up the appointment was pleasant, Chloe was super kind and answered every question I had. She was quick to work with my schedule and pick out a time and date that worked best. The consultation was also straightforward; went in with reference photos of what I wanted and gained feedback on what would work best. The day of the tattoo appointment, wow! Jason was very easy to talk to, just like during the consultation, and worked very efficiently. I was blown away by the end result! Super happy with the piece and will definitely be coming back for more.

Jason is the truth--the real-deal, no-nonsense truth. If you have a general sense of what youre looking for but dont quite have everything drawn out, Jason can turn your idea into ink. I had the elements of my piece figured out, but I wasnt quite sure on the exact design. Jason put everything together. Better yet, he stenciled it out before starting so that I could give more detailed input on size and placement. I never felt like a rube (even though this was my first detailed piece), and we talked about this and that throughout so that it felt like time flew by (not that it took long--Jason worked really efficiently).Thanks, Jason. And sorry this review is a bit late (I had to hunker down and start studying for finals the week after).

Jason is a versatile artist with the ability to create hand-drawn original work! I was most drawn to his Japanese style, exactly what I’ve been looking for. I went with a 3/4 sleeve with dragon, water and flowers that included a coverup. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work.I also changed my mind on some colors half way though and Jason obliged.It was a great experience and I went back a year later for a Japanese style tiger head. Hand drawn and tattooed so fast.
