Noelin Wheeler is, hands down, the most talented tattoo artist I’ve had the pleasure of knowing/using! Not only does he do the most detailed, brilliant, beautiful tattooing, he is also an amazing artist in other mediums, and a genuinely great person to invest time into. His drawing/painting is off the charts (which, in my opinion, is an important skill to look for when trying to pick a tattoo artist), and he takes extreme pride in producing quality pieces that you will forever love the rest of your life. Absolutely amazing work Noelin does, I could never express truly how beautiful his art is cause words don’t do it Justice. I never get bored looking at my vibrant tattoos he did, astonished how it has held up over the years with the abuse I put them thru daily for work.
