I got my first tattoo here and just recently got my second. The staff is fantastic, and the atmosphere is great. Everyone Ive talked to has been kind and helpful. This is definitely my top choice for getting inked! ❤️

This place is INCREDIBLE. Its cozy and sooo welcoming. The decorations are top tier. Every. Single. Employee. Chatted with me and everyone was so kind and sweet!! I got my tattoo done by Michelle and not only am I obsessed with the tattoo but ALSO Michelle. Prior to the appointment, I sent her a few “inspo” pics but told her I loved her style and wanted her to do what she thought- and she nailed it- I couldnt believe how perfect the tattoo was for me. It was easily one of the best tattoo experiences Ive had. Her aura is so beautiful and calming. She has a light hand that I swear was way less painful than any other tattoo and she is honestly just so sweet!!! I have extreme anxiety and have always had such a hard time with people I dont know but I instantly felt at ease with her and felt so comfortable. The prices are very reasonable. I WILL be back and I can not wait!

Brandie was absolutely incredible. Her work is beautiful. She listened to everything I wanted and made sure I loved everything about the tattoo before proceeding. She made me feel comfortable and was a great person to chat with during the work. The studio is clean and full of amazing people. Can’t recommend Serenity Tattoo enough for your tattoo.

Getting tattooed at Serenity is such a delight. All of the artists are warm, personable, and knowledgeable in their craft. Ive been tattooed by Brandie, the owner, multiple times and she is the absolute best. I am a client for life!

My first experience getting a tattoo was uncomfortable, weird and frankly not enjoyable. So I was apprehensive about coming here. But when I tell you this is THE BEST tattoo shop that I have EVER had the pleasure of going to. The artists communicate so beautifully and they strive to make sure that you are absolutely satisfied with the tattoo that you get. They prioritize your comfort and the cleanliness of their individual stations. They work together and they are really this big happy family. The vibes in the shop are IMMACULATE and their skills are beautiful. I have all kinds of scars and stretch marks and they just ask in advance if they need to worry about any discomfort or pain. They always check in for breaks and they’re so efficient. They are so professional but are so easy to talk to and honestly they have me as a client for the rest of my tattoos. they each have their skill sets and they take all the advice and it’s really beautiful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is the second time I’ve come to Brandie and Serenity. The first experience always so awesome that when my daughter said she wanted an underbust piece I immediately booked her for my daughter.Beautiful work, as always. Lovely studio, and as usual wonderfully welcoming and friendly employees.I’ve been to several artists in town, and from now on I won’t go anywhere else.10/5 stars, would recommend again and again!

When I tell you this has been the best studio I have ever been to I’m not lying. Everyone, and I truly mean everyone made sure that I was comfortable, every tattoo artist that was on the floor at the time of my service was super kind and friendly. Can we also talk about how good my tattoo looks? Sam did such a good job.I encourage everyone to give this place a try, you’re not going to regret it.

I have had amazing experiences with this shop. I got my first tattoo done here and many more after that. Both breezy and alithea have both provided me with wonderful experiences. The shop is clean and overall just has a good energy about it. You can tell the artists love what they do and they take their time to make sure you have a tattoo you love and a great experience to go along with it. I love serenity and will continue to get my tattoos done here.

Where to begin?the shop itself is clean, beautiful, organized, and welcoming. so far, all of my interactions with staff (my artist or not) have been nothing but friendly and caring.breezy, my artist, is an absolute joy to work with. she’s passionate, flexible, understanding, enthusiastic, and kind. absolutely lovely artist. she works quickly and efficiently, listens to your suggestions, is incredibly skilled, and does everything she can to make your visit comfortable.i’ve found my new regular tattoo shop!

Picking a tattoo shop can be difficult and sometimes intimidating. I am SO glad I gave Serenity Tattoo Studio a chance!! The vibe of the shop is cozy and inviting, while still clean and organized. Every single staff member was kind and welcoming. You can tell they love their job and truly care about their clients. I’ve been to many different shops, but have never been as relaxed as I was at Serenity. My artist was Alithea Collins. She hasn’t been tattooing super long, but you wouldn’t know it! I was blown away by her design, attention to detail, and how she executed the final piece. It healed beautifully. This might be my longest review ever, but I just think when a business does things right, they deserve the praise! :)

Got my first tattoo done with Mark and I had the absolute best experience. Shop is clean, cozy, and sanitary and the artists are all so friendly and lovely to talk to! I was very nervous but Mark made sure I was set and comfortable throughout my experience. After, I received great aftercare advice and overall just felt very safe and content with the whole process. Highly recommend this place if you’re going to get work done and can’t wait to come back next time!

Ive had three tattoos done by Brandi (shop owner) and her work is phenomenal! She brought my ideas to life and I couldnt be happier! The studio has an awesome relaxing ambiance, would highly recommend!

I wanted my second tattoo to honor my late mom and stepdad. I explained to Breezy (@breezytattooart) the message I wanted my tattoo to convey, and the elements I wanted included. She made me feel extremely at ease throughout the whole process. She was collaborative, kind, and clearly passionate about her work and clients. She gave me exactly what I asked for but somehow even better than I envisioned. Thank you Breezy!!

This was my first tattoo, and I was slightly nervous. Brandie took the time to collaborate with me on the design, composition, size, and placement. She made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the experience, and expectedly, I absolutely loved how everything turned out. The environment was also very calming, and I got to take a pothos cutting home too! Overall, I was really surprised how much I enjoyed the experience. I can’t recommend Serenity enough and will probably be back for more.

Brie gave me the most beautiful floral bracelet tattoo mankind has ever seen. Great energy in the shop, lots of plants everywhere and a kitty cat☺️ will be recommending to anyone who needs a new tatty

My experience was exceptional and I am more than satisfied with the results!! I came in to get a small and dated tattoo coverup. I explained over the phone that I wanted a peacock feather with some color. When I arrived at the shop, my artist greeted me and already had some ideas prepared for me. I was comfortable the entire time and she made sure to ask about my pain level. The picture I have attached is the overall outcome….. I love it!!!

I had a tattoo idea for about a year but really struggled to find an artist that I thought could make this vision a reality for me. I found Brie (@breezytattooart) on Instagram and felt that she would be able to do it. Brie answered every question I had and made me feel so comfortable.The tattooing process with her was a BREEZE. She has amazing line work, a delicate touch when tattooing and great artwork.My mom doesn’t love tattoos, but absolutely loves this one.

Brie is the sweetest and such an amazing artist!! She made my vision for my first tattoo perfect (when I say perfect I mean it) and it was such a good experience - I already can’t wait to go back to her for more!

I went to Brandie with my best friend a couple of years ago before she opened her larger shop. She was patient with both of us on each of our designs, and changed anything we wanted changed; placement, size, lines, etc. to make sure our permanent accessories on our bodies were exactly what and where we wanted( my placement was moved a few time in order to find the perfect spot, and she was so patient). And to top it off, she listened and asked questions about us and showed genuine care about what we were saying, and looked at us both like we mattered when expressing details of our lives that weren’t the easiest to live through. She showed up and supported us both, when she simply could have just gotten our services over and done with to support her own well-being, but that’s not what she did and I hope to get more work done from her in the future! Thanks Brandie.

Amazing people, amazing vibe, great artistry! I haven’t gotten a tattoo done here(yet!) but have been by the shop a couple times to check it out and everyone there is so nice. You can tell they love what they do and are so welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Serenity has some of the nicest artists in Austin! They genuinely care about making sure their client feels heard, and that their vision is realized just as they imagined it. They also have a very welcoming family vibe, with toys for pups and kids in the waiting area. As a visiting artist, this studio is one of the cleanest places Ive worked in, and they are incredibly well stocked with everything a shop needs to operate safely and comfortably!

Got tattooed here this week and it was such a lovely experience! The shop is so clean and comfy and very welcoming. Melissa was the artist I worked with and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She was thoughtful, sanitary, and efficient. Definitely check out this spot if you’re living in north Austin and looking for a local shop with talented and kind artists.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL experience here. Everyone was so kind and genuine. Alethia did not only a wonderful job tattooing, but consistently was checking in to make sure we were good, took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and made sure we were comfortable and laughing the whole time. Definitely coming back and making this our regular studio!

I am absolutely in love with this woman owned business! I was in the market for some very dainty floral, mandala, and filigree type work. If you look at IG, this is what the business owner, Brandie, specializes in. I happened to call the shop and spoke with Rae Anna (@raeofsuntattoos), one of Brandies apprentices. I felt so comfortable with our conversation and her spirit and was like Hey, can you be my artist. We communicated via IG after that and I went in last week for my first appointment. I left with an incredibly dainty turtle on my ankle and the start of my arms piece! Ive already booked several additional appointments for more pieces as well as to continue my arm piece. I’ve been going to Brandie for about 12 years or so since she was in Bacliff, TX. Now since she’s moved to Austin, I’ve scheduled 2 trips to continue my ink journey. I think I have 25 tattoos, she’s done 23 and touched up my first two. She did an amazing cover up for my husband and brought to life his very first tattoo. An amazing artist and a wonderful person and I will continue to make the drive.

My sister and I went into this shop for a flash event a few weeks ago and received hands-down the best tattoo shop experience we’ve had. Everyone is so friendly and the feminine shop energy is simply unmatched. We got matching roses from different artists and LOVE them. They were wrapped in saniderm and have healed flawlessly. We both have plans to get many more tattoos here from all of their artists.

I love coming here, it is a very chill environment and everyone is super kind and welcoming. I always recommend this tattoo shop. I have gotten most of my tattoos from Rae but would trust all of the artists who work there to tattoo me. I have gotten 8 tattoos from this shop so far and already have my next appointment booked! Definitely an excellent choice.
