I wanted a tattoo that represented my two loves, nature and music. I walked in with a couple of ideas and Erik created the perfect design! I am so grateful for all the creative input and time he put in to ensure that everything was perfect. He took such great care of my cousin and me and made us feel so comfortable. We knew we were in great hands immediately. Would HIGHLY recommend and I will definitely be getting work by Erik again in the future!

I have been working with Annie for the past couple of months to get a new Tattoo as a part of a gift certificate I received while doing a local bike race. Working with her was fantastic. From the first conversation to the final outcome, I have been thoroughly pleased. She worked with me to create a unique, but identifiable homage to one of my favorite breweries, Stone Brewing. While in the shop, people around who were familiar with the brand were easily able to notice the inspiration, but also see the unique touch that Annie was able to bring to it. The process in chair was about 3 hours, in which the flow of the shop was great. The people coming in and out had some great ideas and the rest of the crew was very friendly and upbeat. I highly recommend others venture here in the future for an awesome addition to their body. Thank you again!

No parking. Website was not working. 2+ hour wait estimate. Got booted in the 2mins to walk and ask to get in line. Might be great, but if its such a pita to get in, I dont care.

Wonderful piece by Donny Newman. Took the time to review the elements in the tattoo I wanted, very collaborative during the consultation and made sure I was comfortable during the tattoo session. Mark does fantastic work and at very good pricing for the quality. Ill be coming back to color my tattoo and probably more tattoos in the future. Highly recommend the shop.

My tattoo was not elaborate, but sentimental. The color shading he was able to do looks fantastic! Been following Joey Ortega for a long time on Instagram (@oiseau-noir) ! Finally getting a chance to meet him in person was a lovely experience! Hes welcoming, talkitive, gentle, and his work speaks for himself. Getting tattooed by him is extremely comfortable and hes super experienced -- I felt safe, and even when I nearly had a fainting spell, I didnt feel embarrassed or ostracized and we were able to continue like nothing was wrong!If you want a tattoo artist that is EXTREMELY talented, kind, mindful, and easy to connect with, I can not recommend him enough!

Donny was my tattoo artist. He revamped my old hawk tattoo and it looks like brand new. Had a bit of miscommunication on the pricing though. Guess it wasnt clear that it was $200 an hour. But you get what you pay for, the tattoo is beautiful again so in the end it was worth it.

This was my first large tattoo and Annie was amazing from beginning to end. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The shop is very clean, with a super cool vibe. I loved it all and would come back again and again, 12/10 would recommend.

I couldn’t wait to write this review. Michael Williams is my artist and I just can’t stop smiling when I look at my tattoo. The shop is so laid back and has that unique Austin feel. Michael drew my design, was open for feedback, and took the time to position it perfectly. The shading and extra details he applied added so much depth to the design. Thank you so much Michael! It was my first time at this shop and I was made to feel very comfortable from the get-go. Dont let the neighborhood scare you! The shop was very clean and the entire staff was super nice. Karina was prompt, very professional, and extremely kind. As far as her work and skill, Karinas work speaks for itself! Her lines are clean and her colors pop! She has a very unique style. Talk about an awesome shop! I was able to finish my sleeve with Mark at Triple Crown this past week. Mark has shown an awesome knack for taking unstructured ideas and seamlessly bridging them together into cohesive scene. As a result, I have a full sleeve dedicated to my favorite bands and music that doesnt contain a single logo and text reference - just conceptual representations. Mark was able to work with my ideas and let me know what parts would translate well to a tattoo and what wouldnt. I absolutely trust his judgement and ability so much though that he free-handed about 80% of my entire sleeve. Hes got a great eye for balance, has impressive line work, and as he showed with my final addition, a varying array of styles.I dont know when Ill be in Austin again but next time I am, I will be hitting up Triple Crown for more work.

Triple Crown is not only the most professional place Ive been to, but also the friendliest. I had Erik as my tattoo artist and I gotta say, out of all the other places I checked out before getting my first tattoo, I knew immediately that he was a guy that I could trust. I talked to him about my questions and concerns and he walked me through everything from start to finish. He listened to my ideas and actually ended up exceeding my expectations once my tattoo was done. I will forever cherish my tattoo because of Eriks genius work. Dont let the area of town fool you. Triple crown does flawless work.

Mike Williams is the cleanest. Best tattooist Ive ever experienced. He listens to your ideas. Makes suggestions. And executes with perfection. If you have the chance, and want my honest to god advice, get two tattoos from him. One that youve put alot of thought into, and another one on a whim. I can assure you, that you wont regret either.

This shop and specifically Mark Vanness are incredible. Mark did a cover up for me that definitely exceeded my expectations and I cannot put into words how excited I am about it. Mark is a true artist and I highly recommend him.

This tattoo shop is the best in Austin Texas!The artists are very kind and not in a rush at all. Best shop in town. Ive been using them since before they opened. If youre looking for a place to walk-in and pick some flash off the wall, this aint it. If you need quality work backed by the best, it is.
