Matt is the BEST!!! I came in to look at jewelry, trying to find something to wear in my septum for my upcoming wedding in the spring. He was so sweet, kind, and attentive. Asked lots of questions about what I was looking for, gave me lots of suggestions to consider that he could order if I chose them-- my budget was a bit of a constraint since I couldnt afford a lot of the more opulent-looking pieces. As it turns out, the owner of Timeless makes niobium jewelry and a few days later, Matt sent me a picture of something they just recently made. It was exactly what I was looking for! I made an appointment for later that day where Matt showed me how to change the jewelry (it was a seam ring which I had never used before), and put it in for me. He also made sure I understood how to care for the piece and even said they could polish it again closer to the wedding date. 11/10 amazing experience, incredible expertise, customer support, and cool jewelry! (I would post a pic of the ring if my phone could take a decent pic, but nobody wants to see my blurry nose)

Matt is so kind, friendly and professional. Happy to see a piercing shop in hampden. It’s clean and welcoming! Would recommend and will return for future piercings. Matt also helped me out with a piecing I had from another place that was angry and needed new jewelry. 10/10

I was having some issues with them and was interested in having them checked out and swapping out the jewelry with a higher quality metal like titanium. The studio that re-tapered them did not have titanium jewelry available, so I researched shops in the area that did and came across Timeless. Their reviews were impeccable and their website was well organized, informational, and offered online booking. I made an appointment with Matt. I got a confirmation email and text, which I thought was not only helpful but professional.Matt immediately greeted me upon arrival and took the time to understand my concerns and future goals for my piercings. Matt took a look at my piercings, cleaned them, and helped me curate a look that I loved with titanium jewelry that was within my budget. My ears were red, swollen, and screaming for mercy before I came into the shop. Matt was so, so gentle and talked me though everything.My industrial was giving me the most trouble in terms of pain and swelling. Matt informed me that the bar I was currently wearing was not appropriate for my anatomy and was actually pressed up against the curve of my ear, so we opted for two separate barbells instead of the typical long bar. It also appeared that one of the industrial piercings was re-pierced with an insertion taper, which explained why it was so painful and angry.Matt took the time to educate me on threading types, metal types, which metals are MRI safe, the process of anodizing titanium, and jewelry in general. The jewelry was sterilized in their autoclave right in front of me. Matt even showed me the indicator color change to prove that the sterilization had been successful. Matt also taught me how to tell whether or not a packaged piece of jewelry has been sterilized successfully. They perform spore testing biweekly on their autoclave, have a biohazard waste disposal system in place and mounted on the wall, have a sink for hygiene right in the piercing room, etc. Never in my life have I had an experience like this before. All of my previous piercing experiences may as well have taken place in an alley behind Applebee’s.I absolutely attended Matt University today and was so appreciative of his expertise and knowledge. Matt additionally checked the viability of ten other ear piercings that I plan to add new jewelry to and priced out the cost for me, so that I could budget for it. Matt went over after care instructions, showed me jewelry options for the future, and gave me an informational pamphlet. Matt offered his guidance if I had any questions or issues with anything.I have been getting piercings for over ten years and have never once had an experience as impressive as the one I had with Timeless today. Matt was kind, gentle, professional, and clearly an expert in his field. He immediately put me at ease and educated me in a way that empowered me to advocate for my own safety. I will forever be coming to Timeless and booking with Matt. It’s been less than 8 hours and my ears already feel and look leagues better than they did before I came in. The swelling, redness, and pain are almost gone completely. The jewelry looks dope too. I am so grateful that I came into the shop today. Thank you Timeless and thank you, Matt!

I recently received a nostril piercing from Matt. I don’t like needles, but Matt was incredibly kind, patient, and informative. I left loving my new piercing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Matt.

I was given a floating naval bellybutton piercing and then my body started to reject it because it was obviously a surface piercing and now I have a permanent scar on my stomach

Recently had my nostril pierced by Charlie and helix pierced by Derek. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! They took the time to get the perfect placement and make sure I was happy. Shop was very clean and well kept. Beautiful selection of jewelry. And super easy to schedule appointments through their website. I am very pleased with how my piercings look and would recommend anyone looking to have a piercing performed to check this shop out!

Had an amazing experience today with Derek at Timeless Piercing in Bel Air. The entire shop was so professional and clean! Derek walked me through the entire process of getting my nose pierced and I felt very comfortable. The piercing itself came out amazing and I loved that Derek really took his time with placement and he truly cared! Charlie was an amazing piercer! They made sure I was calm and ready, answered all my questions, and we even had a few laughs which helped calm my nerves! 10/10 would recommend. Very sterile as well. Changed gloves throughout, they ran everything through a sanitizing machine right in front of me. I was very pleased with my experience :)

I just went in to see Ashley for a downsize and change on a few of my piercings. She was super professional, gave me a lot of helpful information for my piercing care, and kept me informed at every step of the process.All of the jewelry and tools were cleaned while i was in the room and she tried multiple sizes of posts on me to make sure I had the right fit. Highly recommend going to see her, i will most certainly be going back for my next piercing

Recently went to Timeless Piercing & Jewelers in Bel Air (co-located with Studio Noir tattoo) to have my tragus re-pierced. The shop was exceptionally clean and organized with a good selection of jewelry. The piercing room is a small side room away from the tattoo stations. My piercer, Derek (Timeless owner), was awesome. Clearly covered everything he was going to do, and all after care instructions. Even though I have other body piercings it was great to be reminded. And he was more clear on instructions for aftercare than other places Ive been. At the same appointment I purchased a new stud for a nose piercing. Derek was great in helping pick out a new piece to make sure it fit the piercing, was the right length, and would work for me. Thrilled with overall experience and would HIGHLY recommend Timeless Piercing & Jewelers for anyone interested in getting a piercing.

The shop is always clean when I come in for an appointment, and the staff are a perfect example of there shop. It’s just an all around great place for your next pinch!
