Deville Ink Tattoo & Piercing Company

Came in yesterday for a last minute piercing. I was unaware that an appointment was needed, but the lady at the front was kind enough to take me anyway. The piercing was quick, easy, and efficient, but when it came time to pay I was told my money was fake… when I left I went Straight to the bank to find out if it actually was and it wasn’t.. at first the money wasn’t given back to me and it I would have just left it they would have had an extra 100$ just laying around. It was embarrassing and the only complaint I really have about this place. They Should probably have other people checking the money. I posted a pic of the money that was “fake” and also a pic of me depositing it into my bank account. This place was recommended to me by a few friends, but I’m not sure if I would recommend anyone after my experience.

Went here yesterday and saw Bree to have a recent piercing checked out (Piercing was done else where). She was so sweet and honest! I felt super comfortable within seconds of meeting her. She took the time to look at the piercing for me and informed me it was done incorrectly and even took it out for me. Will 100% be going back in a few weeks to have it check out and eventually redone. Thankful my friends recommended her ! Thanks again !

Bree was awesome! Very helpful and funny definitely an experience that makes you come back! I will be back. she’s the best! I recommend coming to see her for your piercing needs! Her professionalism is outstanding she explains everything to you and checks with you throughout the process to make sure you’re comfortable. #1 Responding to the 2 star review about the fake money. Ive had this happen before. The pen reacted to the bill. If/when that happens any business is now LEGALLY OBLIGATED to take the bill and inform the FBI. If I were in your shoes I would be forever grateful that the person dealing with me was unaware of this and I got the bill back! 💗Also....all I see is a picture of an ATM. Not a video of you posting that specific bill into the ATM. 🤷🏼‍♀️#2 Bree is the best! She pierced my nieces ears a few years ago.... on her 3rd shot when 2 previous piercers caused issues before for her. (Years of trauma for my niece) Now a few days ago she pierced my girls nose. She is phenomenal with everyone but especially my niece.This woman had us cracking up the whole time all while completely and totally distracting my niece from everything causing this experience to be quick, realxing & unforgettable! She is direct and so informative. What more could a person ask for in a piercer?!Her space, and the entire shop, is clean and inviting. Has candy for anyone she feels is going to pass out and even offers your guest a piece. 🤣💗Please dont hesitate! Ill be bringing my other kids to you when theyre ready!

Bree is amazing for piercings! She pierced my 15 year old daughter today. She got her third holes done and her cartilage on one ear. We couldn’t be happier with the experience!! Bree took her time to explain everything. She made sure my daughter was comfortable and prepared throughout the entire experience. Her easy conversation had my daughter completely relaxed and the piercing was smooth and painless. Bree then took time to explain aftercare and made sure we knew she’d be available for any concerns or questions as it heals. Bree is the complete package; professional, knowledgable, friendly and efficient. We can’t wait to come back for all our future piercings! She rocks!!!!

Been in here a few times over the last few years. Piercings done by Brie. They are super quick and efficient. Small tattoos done by Shawn and v - both artists were quick and clean. Shop is clean, counter chick (I think her name is Faith) is hilarious and sassy. Definitely will be back, no questions.

Best tattoo shop on the East Coast…. Tony is legit the man. I will never let anyone else’s needles in my skin. The tattoo experience with Tony is legit… it’s more than a tattoo it’s a brotherhood, you build a bond sitting in his chair that will never be broken. Bree is awesome I had problems with my nipple ring and she was booked, but still made time to sit aside and squeeze me in right away. I recommend this shop to anyone that’s looking to get new ink or piercing.

This place is the best! It had been a few years since Ive gotten a tattoo and Ive been looking for a regular place - found it! I made things complicated, and Hannah made them work! What a find! Bree had amazing reviews so I decided to schedule my 8 year old daughters first ear piercing with her. Phenomenal is probably an understatement. Bree was so kind, extremely professional, and explained everything to my daughter. It really was an amazing experience from start to finish. I was at the mall and asked a piercing kiosk about a nose ring. The tech said, Go to a tattoo place. I immediately did a google search and Deville Ink was the first one to come up. I read the good and bad reviews and decided, they were the place I was going. So me and my niece (32) went to Deville and we got matching tattoos, I love you more, written in my mothers handwriting. I also got a nose piercing, Ive been wanting one since I retired from the Air Force last year after 31 years. They were amazing, professional and very talented. Kc did this tattoo I just got and I cant stop staring at how bad it is. This is going to need to be fixed, and I almost asked her to do it while I was sitting there but I didnt because I cant imagine shed make it better, but I can definitely see it getting worse. Im annoyed with my one awful tattoo next to my full sleeve of beautiful art.Update: Healed! Theres just no ink on parts of it.

I got my nostril pierced about a month ago and it was such a perfect experience! Parking was easy, the space was cute and clean, and Bree was so friendly and jam packed with information about my new piercing.She measured my piercing spacing on my nostril, after asking my long term piercing goals, while taking into account the other facial piercing I have. I was nervous but felt so at ease with her thoughtfulness, expertise, and care.I waited a month to ensure the healing process went well before reviewing and its been beyond perfect. I only wish I wanted more piercings to give her more business. Highly recommend!

This is my first tattoo!!I tried another tattoo parlor and was not liked how I was treated, nor was I aware of the consult fee I was charged.A friend recommended KC at Deville and she was honest about tattoo process with any fees. I was not charged a consult fee but did place a deposit on the total.KC was thorough with her first designs and I approved the design days before my tattoo appt.I wanted fine line design behind the ear and the photo is the result. I am so happy I chose KC and Deville. I will return for subsequent tattoos and have recommended her to many people.Thanks KC for exceptional service. I am a repeat customer.

I absolutely loved this place. The receptionists/ staff were so helpful and knowledgeable about everything. I walked in, no appointment and they took me and worked with me to make sure everything was perfect. It was one of the artists first day at this specific shop, but she was phenomenal in every aspect. This is DEFINITELY my new spot for tattoos.

Bree was just awesome. They helped my best friend with a septum ring piercing, it was effortless. And they changed out so many of my piercings with patience, helped me pick them out, nothing but good things to say about this shop and Bree the piercer!

So I got my first tattoo done here and needles did an amazing job he’s also pretty funny. I was so anxious but he made sure I was ok. He told me everything I was supposed to do and how to take care of it. I don’t regret coming here.

This is one of the best tattoo shops I’ve ever been to. I’ve never been so comfortable getting pierced before until I met Bree. She really calms you down and talks you through it and does it very fast. I also got my very first tattoo by Shawn Miner here. Let’s just say it went so well the last tattoo Shawn did for me was my 20TH tattoo by him! The vibe here is really good and the are just as awesome. Highly recommend!!!

Tony has done several tattoos for me. The shop is super friendly and welcoming. Tony always takes my tattoo ideas and make them better than I could imagine, working with me through each step of design and tattooing. High quality work in a very clean shop.Bree is an incredibly knowledgeable piercer that worked to make my ear piercings what I wanted while working around old poorly done holes (done elsewhere).

I can’t get enough of this place. It’s such a family vibe. Recently went in for a nose piercing and was greeted by a young fella (Aiden). He was warm and welcoming but fun. After finding out what I was in for and some small talk it was finally time. Bree takes me to her station which was very neat, clean and organized. Once I was seated she took out what she would be using and explained to me why the jewelry was different. She took my basic nose ring idea and ran with it. It seemed as if it only took a minute. Before I knew it I had 3 new holes in my nose and I couldn’t be happier. There was another young lady working(Hannah) who came over to see and give her seal of approval 😉. Everyone was just so pleasant and enjoyed their work as well as each others work. Anyway, when it was all done I got my aftercare instructions and I was out the door. It’s been about 2 weeks now and things are going well with my new nose rings.

Took my 8yr old here for her 1st piercing and my daith. Bree was amazing. She made it very clear that this is what my daughter wanted and that meant the world to me. She treated us with care and respect. I would recommend her a million times over, and have already done so.

I got a battlefield cross done by Tony. From my consult to the tattoo I was amazed at the service I received there. The entire staff was amazing. I have received nothing but praise and compliments about the tattoo.

I had a VCH done by Bree, she is truly a professional at what she does, I was able to talk to her on the phone when I was searching for a piercer to do this, of course I had a thousand and one questions and she answered everything including what I didnt ask, when I got there she was sitting at the front desk, she greeted me like she knew me and went right into explaining what was about to be done and shes very knowledgeable on her piercings. Although I was still scared she walked me through it, had me laughing and super quick! I loved the family atmosphere. Phenomenal tattoo by Tony, as always. KC is also absolutely amazing at what she does. There’s no way you’ll walk in this shop and not feel welcomed.There was a comment previously about the toddler running around but I personally liked how the shop was able to help out its employees when in need. Really shows they have each other’s backs.I have been and will continue to recommend this shop to anyone I know getting a tattoo.

I love Deville Ink! Tonight I went to the shop for the Friday the 13th tattoo deals, got there a bit too late so got scheduled for another day and got a piercing instead for today. I’ve been going to Bree for a while now and I’ll never go anywhere else for my piercings. She is the most down to earth and genuine person you could ever meet and makes you feel so comfortable while you’re there. Tonight I was also greeted and taken care of by Aiden at the front desk. I have gotten a few piercings from this place (haven’t been anywhere else since). Bree is super great with communication and you can tell she puts her heart and soul into her job. I had a problem with one of my piercings (which was not either one of our faults. My body just wasn’t agreeing with the piercing) and I sent her a message on social media. She got back to me as soon as she could. I explained everything and went in the next day to solve the issue. Now my piercings isn’t hating life anymore. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I feel very comfortable with Bree because she is very personable and accommodating. I always feel welcomed in the shop!

I called and the woman on the phone was super polite and helped me make an appointment for a piercing fix. Bree was super polite, friendly and professional! She was easy as she could be getting the jewelry that was placed into my body incorrectly out and repierced the other side. She also gave me clear instruction on how to heal the wound and properly take care of the new piercing. Deville Ink is the only place I go to get any piercings or tattoos. I, myself have been here on several occasions for tattoos and recently came in for a few piercings. Bree is great at her job and definitely made me feel comfortable. I was very pleased with how she walked me through whole process of the piercing, front start to finish. I was also explained how to clean and take care of the piercing several times. Bree also made sure I had her contact information if I had any questions or concerns afterwards. My boyfriend and I went here together to get our septums pierced. All of the staff members we interacted with were really nice, and we had a fantastic piercing experience with Bree! If I could give 6 stars, I would. They were kind, knowledgeable, and super chill. They took the time to explain to us what the symmetry of our noses looked like so that we would know why they had to pierce us slightly crooked to make them look perfectly straight. Also, even though they were fully booked, they gave us time to stay seated and sip some apple juice that I brought since we were a bit lightheaded from the adrenaline rush. Overall, we were more than happy with our experience. I would absolutely recommend Deville (and Bree specifically) for piercings!

Bree Danger and Alyssa were AMAZING!!!! Bree explained everything in intricate detail about the tongue piercing and the shop was very clean and all the instruments were sterile as well!! Her personality is WONDERFUL!! I wish I worked there so I could b around her all day. Shes funny but also takes her job very seriously. I recommend this place to ANYONE!!!

First time going here, had some very intimate parts pierced, because why not, Bree was very professional. She answered every question I had. Despite being half dressed the entire time, she kept eye contact. I was relaxed and beyond happy with the work she did. So happy, that I went and got my nose pierced a few weeks later. If you ever need a piercing done I highly recommend going to Bree. She is AMAZING!

There have been a few visits. Staff is friendly and makes people feel at ease. Shop is always clean. Work stations are cleaned while the artist is working. Tony has done all of my tattoos and his work is amazing. Professional 100% but he goes above and beyond. I had a medical situation while in his chair. He was not only quick to notice it he was quick to help treat it. He took excellent care of me both personally and professionally. DeVille Ink is top notch all the way.

The woman who did my daughters belly piercing was absolutely amazing. She made her feel so comfortable, talked with her and treated her great. I would give 5 stars but unfortunately there was a toddler walking around which I almost knocked over, just very unprofessional although he was adorable. Just very bad business. 😔😔

I took my mother and sister in law to get piercings and we had an excellent experience getting pierced by Josh. He is quick, professional, clean and very helpful. I have been going to Deville for the past three years for both piercings and tattoos. I have never had problems with any services provided. When I did have questions as to the healing process of a piercing or tattoo Bree, Tony or another artist was more than happy to walk me through it and fix the problem if there was one. Everyone there has always been friendly and the atmosphere is great.

Called 2 days prior to make an appointment for my nose piercing and was greeted by Kid she was very sweet and informative. Kid answered all my questions and put me at ease that I was making a good choice by coming there to have Bree pierce my nose.When I got there, it took a little bit of warming up as everyone wasnt as welcoming as Kid was over the phone but that dissipated after a bit and before I knew it, it was all smiles, laughter and good conversation.Bree was direct but patient and understood that this was bigger than just having a hole in my face. Bree took careful measures to assure a good versatile placement and Im happy with it.They welcomed my friend back to hold my hand but hell as quick and as painless as it was I guess I didnt need my friend to drive 30 mins to hold my sweaty hand.Id certainly return!

Got my watercolor mermaid tattoo today, had such a GREAT experience.!! James is amazing, so attentive to detail, he made me feel comfortable the whole time and he did a beautiful job on my tattoo.. Yesterday I got my Monroe Piercing and my Industrial Piercing with Josh, he explained the whole process in detail and made me feel comfortable with him. Staff is extremely friendly, the shop is clean and cool. Will for sure be back for more tattoos and will recommend to everyone I know... Keep it up.! =)

If you are looking for a down to earth family tattoo and piercing company look no farther. I have over 10 different tattoos and piercings and by far this is the best place I’ve ever been. It is a very clean place. They open all the materials right in front of you so you know it’s clean. They give you all the recommendations that you need for the care of your tattoos and piercings. They also do the touchups at no cost up to six months afterwards. And if you feel like somethings went wrong with your tattoo they’re just a phone call away. Tony and KC the owners Are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. And Bree who is the piercer takes amazing care of you.

Went here last week and was welcomed right away. The staff is really friendly and Josh, who did my piercings, was great. he obviously knew what he was doing and answered all the questions i had for him. my piercing started to heal a little funny (which has happened prior for a piercing i got elsewhere) and i let him know. he told me to come into the shop and he fixed it right up for me no charge. They staff here is awesome and Ive already recommended the shop to a few of my friends that are looking to get both piercings and tattoos! prices are VERY reasonable as well!

Josh did my cheek piercings and I absolutely love them. He was very professional and showed me step by step procedures on how to keep them clean and prevent them from getting infected. I finally decided to get my tongue pierced after a couple months of thinking about it. Ill have to say that Josh from Deville Ink was amazing! The professionalism, clean and friendly atmosphere really helped calm me down. I was a nervous wreck, shaking and all! Josh made the experience a good one! I barely felt a thing, the clamp sucked but it was over with before I knew it. He was very detailed about the care/healing process and I felt super comfortable when I left on how to care for my new piercing. This morning its a little swollen not too bad. We will be back for other piercings! Thank you again Deville Ink !!

I cannot begin to explain how satisfied I am, I was calling multiple places for a scoop piercing during this covid situation, and they were very willing to take me as a new client, even over the phone they were extremely nice and willing to book me at a time that worked great for me and my friend. I have never had a oral piercing before, and the staff and Bree were extremely helpful and informative. I was so scared but Bree was very welcoming and kind, I loved her personality, made me feel very safe and comfortable and at ease, completely dropped my anxiety. She walked me through every step before the procedure began and answered every question I had regarding everything. She made sure I was okay because I informed her I was anemic and she gave me a soda which helped greatly. I have never met such a caring piercer for her clients before. I would most definitely go here for every piercing I ever get again, I come from Pennsylvania and I would absolutely drive here again! Very professional and accommodating. Bree talked to me through the whole procedure and told me what every tool and size she was using and how much the pain would be and proper instructions that was safe for me and her. She also wore a mask which was amazing for the covid situation going on. Bree also informed me to text or call with anything I need any questions, or anything I need assurance of via social media due to the distance. I am so glad I went to her for this piercing. 100/100, me and my friend felt very welcomed and appreciated and not treated like any other new client. I was able to get a next day appointment for a tattoo. Tony Needles was professional while being personable and down to earth. The shop was very clean and comfortable. The tattoo came out great and I am very happy with the service and all the staff I interacted with. I will be seeing them again.

Bree is amazing. She is friendly, and casual, making my experience very comfortable. She is super fast, but she also clearly, and thoroughly explained how to care for my piercing. She gave me lots of information, but without making it feel a procedure in a doctors office. I definitely recommend Deville Ink and Bree.

I got my mid cartilage pierced here and had an amazing experience. Josh was incredibly experienced and helpful. He kept me calm throughout the whole process as I was very nervous. He is so personable and easy to get along with. As I became lightheaded, he knew exactly what to do to keep me from passing out! Definitely was a good experience because of Josh!! Very friendly and clean, when I first walked in I was shaking so bad from being nervous, but when I sat day and began the process Josh made everything better. Deville Ink is the ONLY shop Ill ever have do my tattoos, Ive never once had a bad experience. All the employees are respectful, will always greet you with a frendly hello. Ive been tattooed by Tony Deville and Ben and theyre both amazing! My boyfriend has been tattooed by them and KC and she is amazing! Anthony is very friendly and his work is beautiful so we plan on more to come! Theyre great, the work they do is perfect. Even if you are getting piercings, the piercer Josh will make it your best visit ever. So Deville easily gets 5 stars.

Easily my favorite place to get my piercings. Josh pierced my nose and managed to do it so well that I didnt even realize it was pierced at first. I liked it so much that I went back to get the other side pierced. They healed perfectly. Ive been adding to my ears lately & of course Im going back to Josh! My wife and I went as walk ins for a memorial tattoo for our daughter. We asked if they had any room for us that day and they called an artist who had left just 5 mins prior as his appointment rescheduled. The artist...Sean had made it a few blocks away but turned around and came back to the shop to accommodate us. So right from the start Above and Beyond on service! Because it was 2 of us getting work done there was a chance he might have only been able to do 1 and set an appointment for the other however he stayed after close about an hour to make sure he finished both of us! The work was great and the cost was very fair for the work done. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and the shop was spotless as far cleaning. We will definitely be back in the future!

My daughter got her first ear piercing done by Bree and it was perfect . She is knowledgeable and accommodating. The space was clean and colorful.

Great experience getting two new cartilage piercings by Josh. Quick, professional, clean and relaxed. Josh does an excellent job of making you feel at ease and thoroughly explains how to care for your piercings. He even re-opened an old scarred-over piercing in my lobe for free!! My husband and I just left the parlor an hour a go, and had such a great experience! We both got a tattoo on our ribs done by Tony and Ben. Both were great. Bree is awesome. I reached out to the shop with questions about septum piercings and Bree was quick to respond and let me know whats required for underage piercing (my daughter is 16). I set up an appointment for 1pm on a Saturday, ended up getting there 30mins early. Bree was perfect with speaking directly to my daughter (since she was getting the piercing) acknowledging me from time to time, but again I was not the client my daughter was. Bree didnt rush, and explained everything that was going to happen and how uncomfortable my daughter might feel at different times during the piercing. We walked out 30mins later pierced and happy. I would hands down tell anyone looking into getting a piercing that Bree @ Deville Ink is the place to go!***update ***Almost 1 week after the septum piercing my daughter lost one of the balls while cleaning it. She emailed Bree and was told to stop by to get it looked at. We were greeted, we laughed, and my daughter was reassured that she was doing a good job cleaning it. Again its the little things that make you feel like you matter and Bree does that!

I went for my first tattoo at Deville Ink and it was an amazing experience. My tattoo artist KC was the co-owner of the shop. I spoke with her previously regarding what type of tattoo I wanted. I sent her pictures and she compiled it and drew the perfect tattoo. I was really nervous being this was my first tattoo, and she made me 100 percent comfortable about it. If she didnt do that I probably would never have gotten one. It was painful but felt extremely comfortable with KC. She took her time and detailed everything perfectly. I give this place a 10 out of 10. I will never go anywhere else. I met almost everyone in the shop and they are all great people. Its a family run shop and you feel like you are with family. The shop is very clean. I have to get some touch ups done and they told me I might need to and to come back at no charge. Other places I had spoken with were all about the money, this place was never like that from the getco. If you want a great tattoo from artists who actually care about your tattoo, and especially your first tattoo....I totally recommend this place!Just went back for my second tattoo, for some reason I couldnt write a second review so Im editing this one. KC did such a great job on my tattoo that I had to go back 2 weeks later for another tattoo. She even touched up the first one I did. Once again she was great. Her husband was tattooing a lady there at the same. He did an amazing job as well. This family and tattoo shop make you feel really comfortable and at home. The prices are very affordable especially for the amazing work that they do!

It was extremely fortunate for us (my sister and I,) that Needles had a no show appointment today. We had an appointment with another shop, but a schedule mishap happened yet again. We were frantic on finding a reputable shop that did walk ins nonetheless. It is hard to find a humble artist who actually wants to make getting a tattoo a worthwhile experience and not just in it for the money. However, Needles and the crew who were there did just that. Needles was super professional about the no show client and even gave them a grace period and phone call. Mean while he did not make us wait too long for a definite answer of being able to accept or decline our walk in. We are super grateful that we found this shop and will definitely be returning for future art from Needles. This shop is super badass and the decor is awesome! Bree is my one and only go-to for my stabby needs (I am quite needy). She is a genuine, happy person who loves her job and her clients. I see no reason for anyone to be uncomfortable with her.She does her part as a licensed and certified piercer, to provide a service and clear instructions for healthy after-care. Im really weird about who does my tattoos and piercings, When i walked in Josh talked to me and knew just how to make me feel extra comfortable when i got my belly pierced. I almost fainted and he helps me lay back and did a cool treatment so i wouldnt pass out and made sure everything was perfect before i left. its an amazing shop and i would DEFINITELY recommend this place to any and every person i know!!

Great place to go if you are looking for a clean, welcoming and satisfying experience. I have been pierced by Josh a few times now and he never ceases to amaze me. I am somewhat skittish when it comes to needles and I have a tendency to pass out after being pierced. I warned Josh of these issues and he was very understanding and made me as comfortable as possible. He assisted when I started to pass out by giving me a freeze pop and a cool towel. He assured me that he would not leave me or let me leave until I felt better. He has taken time out of his busy schedule to assist with any questions I may have and Im sure he would do that for any loyal client. I am a Deville fan through and through. Tattoos and Piercings, Im sure if you give them a try you will never want to go anywhere else.

Josh is a great piercer. Hes pierced me 7 different times so far. Cant wait to go back for more! Great time at Deville! I got my belly button pierced by Josh and had a less than perfect experience. The piercing process was flawless, I saw all materials being taken out of the packaging and all instructions were explained thoroughly. After I was pierced, I started to feel a little sick and Josh knew the right things to do. An ice pack and a freezey pop later I was good as new. I had very little pain after the first couple of days and the healing process has been great! Im so glad I took the 40 minute drive to Deville! Ill never go anywhere else for a piercing/tattoo and Ill be sure to recommend to all of my friends! Thanks again!

About a year ago I got a piercing done by Josh and it was by far the best experience Ive ever had.Josh was helpful, approachable, efficient, and most importantly- friendly! And the freezepop after was just what I needed!He definitely went above and beyond by answering every question I had, checking up on me periodically to make sure everything was healing well, and even switching out a piece of jewelry that my body wasnt quite liking.I had heard the specific piercing I got took ages to heal and would be sore for a long time. This was not the case at all! Josh definitely showed his skill as a master piercer because I was only sore for a day or two! (Keep in mind Im kind of a wuss so any bit of pain makes me lose my mind)Deville Ink is very dear to my heart. I had a wonderful experience and would hands down recommend this place to everyone.

I highly recommend this place! I went in to get my nose pierced and I walked in and told them what I wanted and immediately walked into the back of the shop and sat down to get it done! The piercer, josh, was so nice and helped me decide what I wanted to do and what would work for me. After drawing a few dots and deciding where I wanted it he told me how to breath. He asked me to close my eyes and started to make small talk and within seconds my nose was done and he was putting In the jewelry! It was quick and painless and then he explained anything I needed to know! Im so happy with it!

I have two tattoos done by Tony, the owner. For both of them I was easily put into the schedule and have had no issues at all. After sending my references Tony puts his “own” twist on it to make the tattoo MINE. I love the twists he puts on it and have never had to ask him to change a thing. They also do free touch ups which is awesome. Both of my tattoos are done in black and grey (a rose on my ankle, and arrows on my arm) and I love how both of them turned out. He talked me through everything and opened everything in front of he. He even talked me through the experience of my first tattoo (lol). Tony is a very personable man and I will definitely continue to get tattoos from him!

Went to Deville ink Yesterday and finally I was finally able to get my Tattoo after I waiting 5 months. I had a appointment set up 5 months previous with Jessy and I had to cancel last minute due to my car messing up but I swore I would be back in touch for a reschedule.. Every customer who went to this establishment for a piercing all had Josh so I knew I had to have him. I went this past Saturday to have my nipple pierced and it was the best experience! He was professional and very knowledgeable of the dos and donts on piercings and aftercare. It was quick and painless. Since then, I have had no pain or any discomfort! I needed help with my problematic, inflamed, incorrectly put in helix piercings from a previous piercer somewhere in New York— I was desperate. And so I turned to google to find a high quality, well reviewed piercing jeauxnt only to find Deville Ink, and overall, Josh. The first time I went in there was enough times to get my trust: Josh immediately expressed his knowledge on piercings and educated me on why my piercing was inflamed and exactly what to do. I followed his directions in a small amount of time and voila, the piercing bumps have reduced significantly in size and the inflammation was gone.I then went to him to get my nose pierced and he did a wonderful job on my nostril piercing. I will definitely go back to him for future piercings. If you want a piercing, or need help with one, he is the man to go to. He also is very quick to answer all of my questions, even when not in person. Great guy, great piercing and tattoo parlor, and great experience. 10/10.

I have received several piercings from Bree and all of my experiences were pleasant. They are very informative and knowledgeable.

My sister and cousin have come to this shop a few times in the past and they’ve had good experiences, although I did notice their piercer wasn’t the nicest of guys. Fast forward years later, I decide to get myself a piercing from this same place and I don’t even get past the phone call as the woman on the phone was very unwelcoming. I decided to call another shop and they treated me as if they wanted my business, so I plan on going there instead. Disappointed because this shop does good work, but I don’t believe they deserve my money if they can’t even pretend to be friendly.

Very bad service. My artist ended up throwing away the correct spelling of my tattoo and misspelled it. I didnt think to double check because I had spelled it out for him to begin with. Once the tattoo was finished and the mistake was noticed I was being very calm and didnt once blame him or get angry for the mistake. His mood then got worse than it originally was and he basically skinned my arm I have scar where he tattooed me. Even though the mistake was some what covered the tattoo looks pretty rough. Everyone else in the shop (piercer) was very respectful. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Deville ink has always offer AMAZZING service I went to them as a freshmen and sophmore in college for quite a few piercings and repiercing which was free courtesy of lindsay I have ven taken two friend to get piercings here because this place is too awesome to keep a secret. My first piercing was done by a wonderful miss lindsay and josh with the assist and josh did the rest of my friends piercings. They were really nice and cool and made the enviornment comfortable and safe. I am now a senior in college and probably going to get my last piercing from soon. EVERY Experience here has been a wonderful one and I would not let one bad review from an angry person ruin my perspective of a business but dont take my word for it please go there youll never regret it. I would like to preface by saying I do not devote time to negative reviews, unless a business has done something above and beyond what I normally deem unprofessional.After leaving Active duty in the United States Marine Corps last August, I decided to commemorate my service with a tattoo. I was visiting Baltimore at the time, so I began the process of scouting through tattoo shop reviews. After the first shop I picked was booked, I stumbled upon Deville. The positive reviews on Google lured me into believing that it was a reputable shop, so I went in, tattoo design in hand, and made an appointment.Now, I have 20+ tattoos from 3 continents on my body, but this one was meant to symbolize the most important time in my life thus far. Ben- my tattooist- was a quiet type, but it was fine, since an obviously intoxicated man (who was being tattooed across from me) would not shut up for the entire duration of my stay. My tattoo came out a bit uneven, some lines longer than others, some slightly curved(the entire design was straight lines), but in general, I was happy with it.The real problems began when I returned to Deville 2 days later, for my ladys appointment with KC. Now punctuality is very important to me, especially when there is a mutually agreed upon time (AKA Appointment), so when KC showed up nearly an hour late and then ever so slowly started preparing, I took this as a less than enthusiastic approach to a customers experience. I was there for the entire duration of the tattoo, this is important as you will soon see.2 weeks later, I receive a very disheartened phone call from my Woman, telling me that the ink Fell out. She contacted Deville and was offered a touch up (free of charge), but after some research and speaking to multiple tattoo artists, whom we have previously had work done by, we learned that the inside arch of the foot is an unsuitable location to get a tattoo. My personal artist on the West coast told me he would flat out refuse to tattoo that area.My GF is going through laser removal ( which is both incredibly painful and expensive) so I contacted Deville yet again to calmly explain the situation and ask for a refund. I spoke directly with Tony, the owner, who told me NO to the refund ( if it had ended there I would not be writing this review) and proceeded to tell me that KC stated multiple times that it was a poor place to get a tattoo.Now as I stated before, I was there, stone cold sober, for the entire duration, from KCs late arrival to the after care instructions and NEVER once was location difficulty mentioned. I may have tinnitus and a TBI from my time in service, but amnesia, no. So I asked about the Integrity of employees which I was met with hostility and accusations.There is nothing I HATE more than being lied to and through this review, I hope it will prevent others from sharing a similar fate.UPDATE: 9/10 of the claims in your rebuttal are false, but it is up to the well informed American to make a decision if they want to believe you and choose your shop for their business. That .01 % you dropped due to my honest review of my experience with your business will weigh far heavier than the multiple fake 5 star reviews you attempt to Pad your ratings with. Everybody at the shop is real welcoming and cool, but Jorge is the man! Hes been doing my tattoos for the past few years and Im always amazed at the pieces he does. I love that I can bring him an idea of what I want and hell bring that to life and make it look amazing.

This was my first tattoo, and my wifes second. We came in with a piece of paper with some ideas, and they helped us bring them to life. It was just lettering, but we feel they did an amazing job. My wife got Tony and I got Ben (Oliver). We split a bible verse across our ribs, and it was almost a race! Tony won (apparently he wins all of the tattoo contests at this place) but to be fair, Ben had 3 more letters to draw than Tony did. Id say they had a fairly similar pace.It was a great first experience and were definitely going back to Deville.

At first I wasnt super pleased with my artist and how he acted, but I was contacted by the HR from the shop and they wanted to hear why I left a negative review and compensated me. Which has left a very positive feeling towards this shop. Maybe the one artist wasnt the best, but the shop as a whole and the owner Tony really care about their business and want the best for their customers.

I decided to get my first tattoo at 39 and chose Deville Ink. James did a GREAT job. He took his time explained the whole process to me before he started and made the whole experience very comfortable. Thanks for the great job and I hope to come back in the furture for more work.

I did a walk in for 3piercings.i wanted industrial,Tragus and nose.Bree is the bomb .com let me start off by saying I told her what I wanted ,industrial she say no. You don’t have thread for it .I respected that so much because she really cared, and anybody else probably would have done it without even informing me that my ear wasn’t a good fit for it.i appreciate her so much for that.Next she was very friendly knowledgeable about what I wanted how to take care of it, all around just good person and bubbly personality.she was very patient with me just a fun person to talk to and very straight forward.I would go any where else bree is the best in town.💖💕🙏🏽👂

Although everyone was very nice, I had to take out my 2 forward helix piercings. 1) they ended up not in the correct location 2) the top piercing was pierced on a slant and the bottom one was too close to the edge of my cartilage so it ran the risk of coming out

Soooo, I had my nipples pierced in late May at another shop, and the piercer there %@*&#ed me up. I was having a build up under the left nipple because she a) used a bar that was too short b) was too big of a gauge c) was straight instead of curved d) was put in crooked and e) had stripped the threads. I went into DeVille, met Josh and he immediately took great care of me. He described in detail what happened and why, broke out his equipment bag and got the offending piercing out. Even though I was *SUPER* tender, the threads were stripped and the screw-end was more-or-less embedded below the surface of my nip, I barely felt a thing. He replaced the jewelry on both sides, gave me instructions on how to care for it, and only charged me for the jewelry! Whaaaa? Now whodathunk that? So heck yeah - I totally recommend Josh and DeVille Tattoo and Piercing. They sure treated me right.

2018Had to change this to zero/1 star. I came for my second tattoo after 2 years. Did a walk in but Tony Insley no longer work there so decided to work with Daisey. She took a long time to trace the design from the designs I brought. She somehow modified the original design and it is horrible. Unfortunately, I could not pick those modifications at the moment. and later I was really regretted to let them use my skin. The lines are too thin and its a intricate design so making them bold later is not a good idea. I felt it needed more space. The artist seemed to have no conviction which later made me sad to go and spend 175+50 on it.I reached back but the reply was cold, unsympathetic and they think I want free stuff. lol!Anyways, I am planning to add new stuff and modify the tattoo from some other place and you should too.

Got my tragus pierced by Josh, he was so great and welcoming. Everything was very clean and the service was great. Super affordable and overall a great atmosphere and shop. Will definitely return!

Great customer service , It was my first tattoo and I got birds , the only problem with my tattoo was that it wasnt detailed and crisp enough. My mom and some other friends of mine laughed and said that it doesnt look like birds at all. So now Im stuck with cactus looking tattoo on my arm for life. It was pricey for a small tattoo. The guy that did my tattoo is Middle Tony.

My boyfriend submitted a review about his and my experiences at Deville Ink, to be berated in a response by the owner, Tony, in an attempt to discredit my boyfriend’s honest review. Honestly, I could care less about knocking google ratings down or any other of their unfounded claims; rather, it is my RIGHT as a consumer to share my experience in hopes that it can assist others in making informed decisions about getting a permanent piece of art on their body from this establishment.I commissioned Deville for my 8th tattoo in late August 2016 (6 months ago to date). After spending a few minutes in their shop, I should have trusted my initial instincts and ran for the hills (and another tattoo parlor), specifically when I noticed that there was an extremely intoxicated man (I could smell the liquor from across the isle) being tattooed- unethical and irresponsible of any tattoo practice.I 100% regret my decision to get a tattoo at Deville. KC, the artist (and wife of the owner) who tattooed me was 90 minutes late for my appointment, UNPROFESSIONAL! When I questioned her tardiness - due to the fact that I had reservations that afternoon - the counter person (who ended up being her son) kept assuring me she would be right there. More lies….The tattoo...it is SUCH a HORRIBLE tattoo, shoddy artistry. See pics attached, they speak for themselves. Regardless that the tattoo was located was on what I NOW understand to be a generally undesirable location for tattoos (which I learned AFTER from ANOTHER artist from a DIFFERENT shop), the stencil was uneven, the script was different font sizes, ink started falling out after the 2nd week...I could go on...This is my 8th tattoo, so I called Deville to inform them of my circumstance, since nothing like this has ever happened to me before. Their initial response was to explain that sometimes ink doesnt hold the first time on feet arches. They offered me a free touch-up and I booked the appointment, which they were accommodating with since I live 30 minutes from Baltimore; however, I found it odd that they told me AFTER they tattooed me that the spot doesnt hold ink well.I consulted with reputable tattoo parlors where I have gotten impeccable work done before. After viewing my tattoo, they informed me that as a principle of their businesses, they do not tattoo people on certain locations of the body, arches of the feet being one of them, because ink doesnt hold there and touch-ups wont assure the longevity of the tattoo. I was also provided with feedback about the artistic integrity of the piece as a whole, and was recommended to get it removed, which I agreed with. Honestly, I just want it off my body.With this NEW information that I learned from other tattoo artists, I called Deville again and explained what I had learned. Immediately, the receptionist, Tammy, changed her tune, this time telling me that they warned me of this risk before I got the tattoo on my foot arch and that it is MY responsibility because I didnt listen to THEM. I was shocked, as this woman wasnt even there on the day I got my tattoo! I immediately canceled my appointment for a touch-up, vowed NEVER to go there again, and started the removal process.I respect locally-owned/family businesses, which Deville Ink prides themselves in being, but that pride has to be earned and backed by solid work ethic, quality product, and unwavering customer service, all of which were unfortunately severely lacking in my experience at Deville.If you respect tattooing as the form of body art that is intended to be, Deville Ink may not be the best choice for you, as in my case, they did not take pride in their artistry or stand by their defective work. If they did they wouldn’t blame the customer for their lack of artistic integrity, after all, IT IS A POOR CRAFTSMAN WHO BLAMES THEIR TOOLS, OR IN THIS CASE, HER CANVAS.

The atmosphere was good. Very welcoming. “Bree” explained everything and answered all questions I had. Oh PS I traveled from Florida here because of the method they us!

I went in totally nervous about getting my piercing. Josh did an awesome job!!! I didnt even know that he was done. It was very swift and painless. Ill be back there again. Thx again Josh.

Their piercer was SO unprofessional. This is a family owned business so I didn’t want to bother going in the store and complaining.Went in, piercer was sitting at the front. Used foul language when talking to me. (Never once was I rude or anything). Got my tongue pierced, (this is the second time I’ve gotten it done so I’ve been through it before. AND I got it done here with another person). Anyways, the piercer pierced it but it wasn’t done correctly. They pierced it at an angle. My tongue was in pain to the point I had to take pain medication every day. I finally decided to take it out because it looked horrible and felt so bad. Never again will I come here. So unprofessional and the piercer did an AWFUL job. (I know I’m not a professional however I’ve had it done here before and it never looked or felt like this.).

The best Tattoo And Piercing Shop around! Everyone in the shop makes you feel like you are family from the very first minute you walk in the door! Very straight forward, very honest group, and very caring people!

Arrived for a scheduled apppointment and was not seen for over an hour later. No one came up to us (i.e. Mama Sue who runs the front desk) to explain why we were waiting so long, even when we asked her much longer we would have to wait, she walked away and did not come back. So we had to ask another staff member 20 minutes later what was going on. I finally went back to be tattood by KC Deville hoping I would have a great tattoo. They sat a chair in the back in the isle next to my table/seat as I had my tattoo done so my fiance could sit by me. After about 30 minutes my fiance stool up to stretch his legs and Mama Sue came by and scolded my fiance and gave him a dirty look for having the chair legs touching the hardwood floor behind him. The experience at Deville Ink I would like to put behind me because it was not a pleasant experience. Mama Sue was dismissive and rude. KC Deville was sweet and friendly, but the end result of my butterfly tattoo is a huge dissapointment. The color is patchy and it looks like little blobs of color in the butterfly and the black detail in the butterfly was waaaay too thick and the whole thing looks like it was done in watercolor. It looks like Frankensteins butterfly. Maybe some people like that look but I as sure as heck dont. I have since gone to a couple other tattoo artists and friends to get their honest feedback if this was a bad tattoo and its agreed across the board that its a bad looking tattoo that I am now looking to get covered up and redone. KC Deville even gave us a couple shirts and hats I assume because of the treatment we received?? But was it all worth it?? A resounding ...NO! I dont want to go back because this is a tattoo that I will have to live with for the rest of my life and now it has to be done right.

Yesterday i went to get a tattoo from the place because the reviews online were so high but i was met with disappointment.For starters, i brought my niece and nephew with me and the staff was being rude about them being in the shop. They said to come over here with the kids we are not babysitters.Once my tattoo was finished i noticed it wasnt symetrical on both sides so i asked the artist to add a small line in the image to make it even. He told me that he just threw away the needle and didnt want to add it. He then tried to convince me the line was there so he didnt have to fix the misteak and i told him i will have this for the rest of my life i want to leave here happy with it and he was breathing heavily but eventually he fixed it for me.Overall the lines are crooked in a few places and i wasnt 100% pleased.I got a libra scale as a symbol of my mother who passed away and the receptionist said that scorpios are better then libras and tried to compete and that was highly inappropriate for such a sensative issue...you never know what someone is going throughI left with a lesson about this shop..... and i write my experience on here to help the next person who is thinking about getting work done to their skin so they dont have to go through what i went through.

Josh was so helpful and nice throughout the entire process. I got my mid cartilage piercing and didnt feel any pain. I highly recommend going to this place for piercings.

Josh repierced my ears.He did a great job. Now I have even earrings and Im thrilled. Couldnt be happier. He fixed a 50 plus year old problem. Now they are perfect.

I had a horrible experience. I will never go back to that shop. I took my business elsewhere.My tattoo is now fixed and I added work to it. The woman answering the phone was always smart and rude towards me. She was fine swiping my credit card..this how I chose to give them a one star.

I have been going to Deville ink since they opened and have had nothing but awesome work. I have had ideas and Tony has turned them into amazing art. I have brought alot of ppl that i know here and everyone has had great ink done. This is the only shop i will every go to and bring all my friends to. Ive there service they are very Friendly they provide very well piercings the peircers are very cool Ive gotten snakebites from them they gave me advice the proper way to care for my piercings and everything I recommend going there very awesome people amazing tattoo shop !!!!

Who waits TWO hours for an artist to arrive instead of leaving are rescheduling(you did NOT wait two hours) if they are being over charged.There is a group of us that frequent K.C. for work and NEVER had your issues OH WAIT you werent even the freaking CUSTOMER!! Tattoo are to TWO weeks not several days before its true to design. Which this friend was informed. Horrible customer service, got there 12/08/2015 at 10:30 am the door was open, one of the staff members was in there, me and my girlfriend walked in to make an appointment for 3 pm and without even asking us if he can help us the guy just told us it wasnt open yet and told us we have to leave in a bad tone, not very nice experience for a person getting a tattoo for the first time, i just decided to go to another shop americantat2 only 4 blocks away were my business was very much appreciated

I have gotten two tattoos done at Deville ink and i absolutely love this place Tony did an amazing tribute tattoo to my dad 4 yrs ago and im still very satisfied with the tattoo and for my second Tattoo done here i got an autisim ribbin even tho i had a few problems with it not healing like it should its not KCs fault its just the type of ink but i still absolutely love it
