Saints & Sinners Tattoos (NO piercings)

We are from Cleveland and here in Baltimore for a week, out of the other options we saw on google, this was the best option. The shop is real cool and the people were just like friends we’ve known for a while. Very accommodating to our ideas and just all around good people. 15/10 definitely recommend this place. Will 100% be back if we come back to Baltimore

I’ve never in my life left a review on anything, but I felt like I had to with this place. I literally just left here, and got my first ever tattoo done by Dwaine. I’m so ridiculously, and pleasantly shocked at how awesome this experience was. I’m such a nervous and anxious person, and Dwaine was SO cool, calming and nice, and chatted me and my hubby up the whole time he was doing the piece on my upper back. He did amazing, they seriously have a really cool set up, and every single person in there was so friendly. Holy moly, I’m so happy with it! 🙌🏼 super clean place, super sanitary, friendly, and great work. I can’t express how awesome this place is!

I got my first tattoo here while I was in Baltimore for work. I stopped in after arriving in town, gave my info and ideas then set up an appointment with Dave Cise for later in the week.Despite my intentions to be early, traffic was abysmal and I arrived late, which stressed me out. I called about ten minutes before my appointment time and was told “don’t worry about it, we’ll see you when we see you” - after apologizing once I arrived and seeing this was genuine, it made me feel a lot better. Dave asked a few questions and went to work on the design based on my answers, so I had a chance to sit, hydrate, and settle a bit, which I honestly appreciated.Dave set up in front of me so I could see everything was sanitary. He changed gloves at the right times and made sure to keep everything clean. Dave was thorough, quick, and careful to look at the lines and color as he went. He let me know what he would do as we started off, so I felt prepared for touch or needle contact before it started. I sat for around 90 minutes from stencil to check out.I love the design and appreciate Dave’s work with me to make my first tattooing experience an amazing one. Next time I’m in Baltimore I’ll be back!

Have been there several times. Artists are kind, friendly and talented. Its a clean shop and care is taken to accommodate my design ideas.

They were super nice we didnt have appointments, but they accommodated us and the tattoo came out great!

I couldnt be happier with my experience. The shop was very clean and i watched stations get cleaned and sanitized between each customer. All the staff seemed super friendly and made you feel welcome. I had emailed before appointment with details of what i wanted. When i showed up for my appointment Tommy was prepared and had an amazing stencil of exactly what I was thinking. His experience as an artist was obvious and I couldnt recommend him (and the shop) more.

You cant go wrong with any of the artists here. Top notch work from a great team of people in a safe environment.

Loved my experience here! Everyone was super nice and Dwayne did a fantastic job on both mine and my friend’s tattoos. He was very quick, professional, and super friendly! Tattoos here are also affordable, while still high quality. There is a $100 deposit to hold your appointment spot, but this is taken away from your total tattoo price, so it was no problem to me.

Best shop, hands down. Coolest and friendliest staff, with endless talent from everyone in the building. Can’t wait to go back for some more!

Quite frankly the best tattoo experience I have ever had hands down. My tattoo artist is Tommy, and I couldn’t say enough nice things about him. Professional, informative, creative, and engaging throughout the entire experience. We are working on a half sleeve/cover up combo and I’m beyond happy that I found saints and sinners. Went to Baltimore for my husbands 35th birthday and hes always wanted a Raven tattoo. After a brief stop, Sean (the owner/manager?) Was very helpful and proactive and paired him with an artist he felt confident could best accomplish the work we were setting out for. Met Dwayne, and after a quick discussion, he drew the absolute perfect tattoo, better than what we imagined. Super kind, respectful, and professional, for my husband first tattoo, it was the best all around experience. Well be back again next time were in town!

Big rule of thumb... Dont skimp when it comes to tattoos. Great thing is these guys give you exquisite Art without robbing you. Unique one of a kind peices. Plus they are great guys with big hearts.

Best tattoo shop experience! My husband and I were in Fells Point exploring and came across the shop. The owner said they had some cancellations and could fit us in. We love a spur of the moment tat! Clean, professional, and friendly. Saints and Sinners is a quality tattoo shop nestled in the heart of Fells Point. Everyone wears masks, and the entire shop is spotlessly hygienic. All of the artists and staff work diligently to make customers feel safe and welcome. And everyone I spoke to during my appointment was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Id also like to highly recommend Monica as an artist. Shes a very talented tattooist and illustrator with an excellent eye for color, and a really fun and creative style. After my first tattoo with her I knew Id be back for more projects in the future.

I had a tattoo done by Dwayne Shannon and he was very friendly and answered all my questions. His art is excellent and the parlor had some great rock music playing in a very cool atmosphere.You will not be disappointed.

I had to go here after another place messed up a nose piercing. I fell in love instantly. Since that first visit, I have had three more piercings and one tattoo, with two more tattoos and one more piercing scheduled.I just cannot recommend them enough.Everyone is very knowledgeable, and will take time to answer your questions and concerns. There is a female piercer on staff for those intimate piercings (yes, I have had that done, yes, it hurt for second, but it healed quickly and is awesome).Their tattoo artists range from good to great, and they will let you know up front who is best for the design you have picked out. They will also be very clear about how your tattoo will look over time, which I think is awesome. It would be so easy to take my money give me exactly what I want and not tell me that my cute little spirals are going to look like crap in a couple of years. But they dont. They understand better than anyone that this is a permanent part of who you are and they want you to look as happy with it on day one as on year ten.Great place, definitely check them out!

Really friendly and kind folks, hella talented artists, and great prices for the quality of the artwork! I have been here 2x so far, once for a walk-in and once for a scheduled custom piece; I scheduled a piece because of how fantastic my walk-in experience was. Monika has been adding to my art collection, but the other artists portfolios are impressive as well. I consider myself heavily tattooed, and the vibe of this place is going to keep me coming back for more!

I came for a bathroom and left with a beautiful tattoo. Before visiting, I completely missed the memo that public bathrooms are basically nonexistent in Fell’s Point, so I went searching for a business that would let customers use one lol.I walked into Saints and Sinners and ended up sidetracked from my bathroom quest, chatting and browsing through their previous tattoos! I found a design I loved and they got me inked within an hour. James did a great job!Thank you!!!

Shawn( or Sean) is super nice and relatable,he makes it easy and fun to book your appointment. Dave has some of the cleanest line work I have ever seen,he has done a couple small tattoos for me recently amd they are my favorite! Dave just started on my upper sleeve yesterday,and I cant wait too see how awesome it is when its done. Hes funny and easy to talk to,makes the whole experience even better. Great tattoo artists and good vibes from this shop🤙🏼. After applying the stencil, I told my tattoo artist to add one detail to the design, and the tattoo artist had no problem making the addition and was nice about it. My tattoo artist was Masha, but they are all great.

10/10. Scheduling s consult was quick and easy. Monica is AMAZING! She made sure I was as comfortable as possible for my 4 hour piece which is healing so well. She’s made a client for life

I love Saints and Sinners! I have been going there for over 10 years and I will never go anywhere else! Ive been tattooed by Dwaine and Jim and they are top notch! As I cant speak for the other artists, since Ive never been tattooed by them, theyre portfolios are amazing! If youre having second thoughts about going, Dont! Its a cool shop with cool guys!

Chayne the piercer is a very cool and knowledgeable guy. I was apprehensive about getting my nose pierced for the first time and he answered all my questions with a level of patience and professionalism. The process was quick and I am pleased with it. Im glad I chose to this place. The shop is clean and organized. When Im in the area again I will definitely get a tattoo. Thanks for the awesome service.

I didnt hate the shop, in fact Ive gotten ink done there. I was looking for a piercer and they no longer do them.

Had some piercings done here. Great atmosphere, very welcoming. I went on a Sunday, so there was a discount. The piercer Cheyne was super professional and did a great job. Ill definitely be returning here.

Great location in the heart of fells point. I know on google it says they do piercings. THEY DO NOT. That was many moons ago. Every tattooer in the place is stellar. Check their instas for each persons style. Every is super welcoming and great to talk to. Def not an old school boys club.

Im currently working on a pretty big thigh cover up piece with Dwaine. I just got the outline and some shading done of the octopus and its already coming along great! During the tattooing session he made sure that I was feeling comfortable. Scheduling the appointment was super easy. As soon as I came in the shop the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Dwaine was very friendly and made me feel right at home which added to my excitement! Also, the tattoo after care is amazing. He gave me this second skin adhesive called Saniderm I believe, which eliminates the use of aquaphor or anything like that. You have to keep the adhesive on for 24 hours then you have to gently clean your tattoo and put another new adhesive on for the next 4-6 days. Ive never had this type of after care before and its by far the best. Its super sanitary, no icky mess with all the blood/plasma, and I feel that it even promotes faster healing time. Im going back on Halloween Eve to get this piece colored in and finished and I am super excited! I highly recommend this shop and my artist Dwaine especially if you need cover ups.

My boyfriend has been getting tattooed by Brett Burnham for years, prior to him even working at saints and sinners. The shop is clean and the artists are very welcoming. Brett did my thigh piece, and I could not be any more happy with it. His work is unique and fun. I will be going back for all my other tattoos now!!!!

Awesome shop and experience. Clean and the artists are amazing. They wrapped my tattoo in this clear film that I had to replace after 24 hours and then replace it and wear the replacement for 4 days. No scabbing!!

The employees here are warm and welcoming . I got my nose Pierced here back in Dec 2018 and i changed my nose ring and it was difficult to put the original one back in . They gracefully offered to do it for me free of charge but they’re so nice i had to tip the young lady .

I have come here 2 times so far for small and large pieces. Great customer service, and John Glessner went above and beyond with both of my tattoos! I always recommend this shop.

I love this shop and go there several times a year for both piercings and tattoos. The staff, piercer and tattooers are awesome and this shop gives a lot back to the community. You wont be disappointed if you give them a shot?!

I went in on a Friday the 13th to get a quick 13-themed flash tat on my hip. The service was quick, but it felt that because there were so many people, Dwaine might have just wanted to get to the next customer. He has been tattooing since 97, but he went in too deep and caused a blowout, a permanent haze around the edge. It was only $20, so I guess you get what you pay for, but with his experience, you would think that the art would have been crisper.

Spontaneous walk around Fells Point lead my husband and I to Saints & Sinners. Friendly staff. Just a reminder, if you want a stellar tattoo you need to understand youre paying for an artists talent and their time. If it was easy to do, everyone would. Was lucky enough to have Dwaine do both of ours as walk-ins, back to back. Really nice guy. Hope Elyse gets her picnic!

Got a tooth by Monica- it was quick and great line work! and go back again in a couple weeks for a bigger piece. Everyone was nice and cool and the shop as so much art it’s awesome! I couldn’t be more pleased with this shop. I’ve gotten two tattoos from them and the customer service/experience is always above and beyond. Every time I come to Baltimore, I go to Saints & Sinners ❤️

First of all, Jim took our very basic ideas and made them into gorgeous works of art. My granddaughter and i went in for our first tattoos ever and only had stories from others as reference for what to expect. Of course there was some pain with the actual tattooing, (3 on a scale of 1-10, with a smattering of 6 now and then). When it was over, after a short period of time of feeling a little sunburned (a couple of hours), the pain went away to be replaced by a slight tenderness to the touch by the end of the day, when applying the cream provided by the shop for $5. (WELL WORTH IT). By following the instructions, we experienced no pain or itching afterward and only two days afterward, feeling like its always been there. Granted these were not large tattoos. Hers was an anchor with a banner and some words and mine a swallow chasing a mosquito. About 4 sq, each on our right shoulders. I would completely recommend these guys--especially Jim and especially if this is your first tattoo. I can see why people get addicted to this! Jim, you have spoiled us. Clean, quick, minimal pain and fast healing (if you follow their directions). Mine only took about 25 minutes and hers was maybe 40 minutes at the most. I am so happy and have exactly what I wanted. I cant stop looking at it, its so beautiful. AND Cheyne (forgive me if I didnt spell this right) did an excellent job of nose piercing for my grand daughter. Quick and painless and he was really sweet with her. Great place to get piercings as well. Everyone was warm and friendly and professional shop. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. (If I could give more stars, I would)

Ive been here twice now, once for my friend to get tattooed by Samantha and once for myself to get tattooed by Monica. Both are great artists, the shop is clean and everyone is friendly.

I wont be going back. I got wayy over charged for a simple tattoo. happy with how it turned out, but its not worth what I paid for it. it has a few uneven lines. you get what you pay for didnt apply here.

Love the work and professionalism of the shop. My only grumble is how long it takes to get on the books, but thats because the artists are great. Well worth the wait.

Horrible I waited a month just for them to tell me they can’t do hand tattoos… I have a video shoot next week this really messes things up … I’m so hurt I had an appointment with David and he didn’t even have the decency to come out and look for himself… went there NEVER met the guy! I just wanted to talk to someone about a tattoo. Door locked, someone sitting inside. Seriously, it is an hour away from closing. I know shops dont do walk ins but now they dont talk to people either? Seems a bit unreasonable.

Just wanted a simple tattoo... was told theres a minimum $75 fee. I understand it takes time and supplies to set up, but $75 was too much for what I wanted, so I didnt get the tat.

Only had a consultation, that I went a wk early to because I got the date wrong, and they still went ahead and went over what I wanted and went over the pics I emailed them. Still accommodated me even tho it was my mistake. Got my appt set, and I cant wait!
