Ive always had an awesome experience at Absolute Tattoo since the day they first opened their door in Baltimore.Strictly professional and sterile each and every time. Shawn and Bobby both take pride in their work and it really shows .Thanks guys

So first off absolutely awesome people I came in and they were nothing but patient and nice and super funny the other artist there i met I believe his name is Jason you couldn’t miss him and you wouldn’t want to either very loud and charming guy funny af and does great textures he is very open very talented and I got a special shout out to Bobby he was the one that worked on my bs of a 14 year old tatto and made it beautiful I’ve always been embarrassed and just hated my arm tattoo and now I can wear tank tops again and feel proud of my arm he didn’t take long he was so sweet and nice and worked so well with me and they’re great priced and do great to help me come up with what to do omg thank you thank you absolutely the best I’m coming back for all future tattoos I’m 100000% satisfied and unfortunately I didn’t catch the womens name behind the desk but she was absolutely sweet and fun very great vibes all around I was nervous but instantly felt comfortable after meeting them

I have been coming here for the last 3 years and have never had a bad experience. Sean has done several of my tattoos ( gentle hand and gives constant updates and reassurance, very professional), and Ive also come here for several piercings. Everyone who works in the shop is always friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to get quality work done that will last.

I came here to get a septum piercing because it was buy one get one half off. The piercer was a nice young lady that did everything right except she pierced me for 18 gauge jewelry that most shops don’t use anymore. The ball on my jewelry fell off the same day. I went back and she put it back on. A couple weeks later it fell off again and this time I lost the ball. Went back again was charged for the ball and I believe it was the owner that put the new one back in. He was very nice by the way. The ball fell off a 3rd time and I didn’t want to go back partly because of the unsavory and condescending guy that sits at the front counter in shades doing nothing but making everything worse. Nevertheless I went back because no one else uses 18 gauge and at this point they didn’t even have a ball to fit it. I couldn’t find anyone that Friday that could accommodate me with an 18 gauge piercing. Almost ruined my piercing. Thank God I was able to go to Gypsies the next day and they redid everything and I was good. 😊

Just got me and my girl a walk in tattoo and we both liked it the artist was great . The atmosphere 💯 I recommend going to get art work done

Absolute garbage. Had a tattoo that didnt stick because the artist didnt go deep enough. I reached out to the artist. He saw my messages, and didnt respond until after a week. By then I didnt want a touch up and complained directly to the shop owners. I was told it was my fault for choosing a difficult place and asked to leave. I had reached out to the artist prior to making the appointment and he assured me he knew what he was doing and would take the job.Do not get pierced here. I considered it, and even jumped up on the table, but realized they dont use internally threaded jewelry. NO SHOP in this day and age should use anything other than internally threaded. If you had a piercing that didnt stick, or became infected, now you know why.

Late post for Saturday 🥹. I went to get 2 new piercings($80)and the removal of old piercing ($10). The staff was very nice and patient with me trying to get the right piercing. I 💯 recommend the place and it’s like close to Jimmy’s seafood 🤤I advise anyone to all first to know if the piercer is working on that day😅

Extremely professional, tattoo artist Bobby did a cover up piece and I am more than satisfied! 10/10 would use again. You can tell these artists are passionate about their work and their clients wishes

Scarlet did both of our tattoos and she took her time and did amazing work. The vibe and environment was great and the shading was done really well and all the lines were even. She took a little while to set up but it was well worth the end result. 10/10 would probably go again.

I went in with my daughter to get my first tattoo. The shop staff were very friendly and were great at easing my anxiety. Very patient with me. It was a great experience all around. Jason did my tattoo and was great about explaining how the process would work, how to care for it afterward (clear instructions) and other chat of life, cats, and art. When I come visit again I plan to stop into this shop for another and hopefully another interesting afternoon. I could not have asked for a better first tattoo. Highly recommended.

The owner Sean Mcglone has done 6 of my tattoos. I refuse to go anywhere else to get work done. Him & i are discussing a back piece for me. Also you couldnt ask for a cleaner shop. I just got a tattoo here that I am IN LOVE with. I worked with Allan. He is an incredible tattoo artist who really cares about his craft. I asked him to do a small tattoo for me and he was happy to. He took his time because he uses lighter strokes and it made it much less painful. He took so much time to get the tattoo exactly how I wanted it. It turned out better than I ever could have hoped. Definitely recommend!!

I had a great experience here, Scarlet did a great job on my industrial. It was second time getting it and it didn’t hurt as bad as the first. She’s real chill and inviting so your comfortable, best experience with a piercer I’ve ever. Go here!

Absolutely love this place. Been coming here for years. So has my mom. Jason and Sean are thee best, hands down. Definitely recommend both of those guys to every and anyone. Currently getting a piece for my mom done by Jason! Always friendly, down to earth and cleanliness.

From scheduling my appointment to getting my tattoo the staff at Absolute has been absolutely helpful, friendly, and very professional. I’m usually socially awkward in new places but here I felt welcomed, will be returning for more tattoos in the future. Thanks again Jason for the new tatt it’s very much appreciated.

I have 7 tattoos total with 4 tattoos being done at this shop, including a quarter sleeve that took several sessions. The staff here is stellar with many talented artists. The facilities are clean and extremely professional. I plan on having all my future work done here and could not imagine going elsewhere. Ive gotten numerous compliments on my ink and I cannot thank them enough. The oldest piece is 8 years old and both the line work and the color have held up beautifully. They are absolutely the best.

I got my tattoo today and I had jason do it. He did an amazing job on it. He kept me distracted and was very talkative with me when he noticed I was nervous or it was hurting a little bit asked if I was okay and needed a break. I highly recommend going there and booking with him.

I called this shop asking (very clearly) about my surface piercing (anti eyebrow). I needed a smaller bar for my piercing and I spoke with the piercer on the phone and she told me that she had jewelry that was on the smaller side and she could take care of inserting it as well and it would only be a 10$ charge. I was excited because I was having a hard time finding a shop that could do both. My boyfriend drove me out to this shop and I went in and told the piercer it was me on the phone and I showed her my anti eyebrow piercing and she proceeded to tell me not only that she thought I meant a regular eyebrow piercing but that she may have a bar but she can’t put it in, the bar she brought out was way bigger than my piercing already is.She also told me that my piercing is infected or rejecting which it is not and she didn’t even know what it was she thought it was a micro dermal. After I looked at the jewelry she had a really insulting attitude to me saying “well are you gonna buy the jewelry or not?”I’m overall really dissatisfied. She had me drive out here for absolutely nothing and treated me with horrendous customer service. I wont be coming here again any time soon for piercing OR tattoos.

Got my ears pierced here; staff were very pleasant, explained everything theyd be doing, very professional. I was given after-care instructions + a cleaning solution (costs extra) and a leaflet with additional info. Overall would recommend.

I recently got a tattoo done by Scarlett and it turned out better than I imagined! She helped me design it from start to finish and even added her own flare to it. More than happy with it and looking forward to my next one!

Allan did my tattoo yesterday and he was absolutely amazing! I had mine done on my inner bicep (medium size and my first big tattoo) and I already expected it to be extremely painful but he made it so much bearable! I barely feel any pain right now, just a little stinging pain. My bestfriends absolutely love my tattoo and one of them has even planned to get hers done here! I’d definitely recommend him to everyone who needs a tattoo artist. 🤗

I got my first tattoo there probably alittle over 6 months ago by Allan. He was very patient and light handed so it didnt hurt. He was defiantly focused and does a amazing job! I cant wait to go back this week and get my second tattoo from him and i will continue to get all my ink from him! i would highly recommend him for a artist!

After many years of thinking about getting a tattoo and trying to figure out what I wanted. I finally decided on what I on one. Read the previous reviews and decided to go in. Showed what I wanted Alan drew up a sketch and sat down in the chair. He told me what it was gonna feel like and got started. I think he did a great job and I think it actually looked better than the picture I had brought in. When I decide to get my next one I’ll be going back.

Took my daughter for nipple piercing. The lady was so nice. I want to say her name but I dont remember. She kept my daughter calm and and advised me against a tongue ring for safety reasons. Shes not all about the money. Best place to go. Its worth the drive.

I got my Naval pierced with them 3 weeks ago and i noticed a bump (which I thought was the beginning stages of scaring) so i got it checked out. 2 other piercers from totally different shops told me that the piercing was irritated due to the bar they pierced me with being too long, which was causing way too much movement on the piercing. They also used a ring with an external thread which made it even harder for me to replace without further irritation. When i came in, one piercer agreed that I would need a smaller ring while the other (the owner I presume) gaslit me and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my piercing and i I wanted a new one I’d have to pay to put it in and pay for the jewelry. They did not practice good costumer service and they showed zero concern for the state of my piercing. He stated that he didn’t see any problem and told me i could either buy a new piece of jewelry or “take it out altogether, i don’t care”. I understand that they start you out with a long bar in case of swelling but everyone’s body is not the same and therefore it can’t be one size fits all! The least they could have done was correct their mistake especially since there was clear irritation. Instead they chose to act like I was being outrageous and imagining the bump.

I have gotten two tattoos here which were both okay. The problem was I came in to see about getting a third tattoo which would be a lion and lioness that I would get matching with my partner. When I first walked up the guy was like “uhh we probably don’t have time to tattoo you today” which was fine I wasn’t gonna do a walk in anyway. When I did go in I showed the guy the picture and he turns to the other guy and says “what is it with these people and wanting animal tattoos??” And laughs with the other guy. So unprofessional and rude! Never make a client feel embarrassed about what they want to get tattooed. I will never use them again and suggest you don’t either, unless you’d like do get made fun of about what you would like to get a tattoo of.

Jason is an amazing artist.I go to him for all my work. I will be returning for more. Also Savanah is a great piercer.

I was tattooed by Shawn. He did a great job at explaining everything he was doing. I get so many compliments on his work. The shop was very clean and everyone was super friendly. I would for sure go back to them.

Great place for first time tattoo customers like myself ! Minor worked on me and he is an absolute sweet heart ! He made sure I was comfortable and kept me laughing the entire time! I have 3 more in mind and he will work on me for sure !!! Shop is veryyyyy clean and they open up fresh packs or needles and equipment right in front of you. Must go here ! Veryyyy talented !

My friend and I went to get piercings from them during the sale.Each piercing was around $30. I got my second lobes down and my friend got a septum. However they didnt properly place hers and she ended up taking it out. My piercings are still healing even after 2-3 months when I got it pierced and Ive been taking care of them properly. The people were nice though and were very helpful while it was happening. It could have just been an okay experience for us but Im sure they arent too bad normally

Im 15. I went in there to get a nose piercing. The piercer was great. He explained everything like the healing process, how to clean it, when to change it, and etc. He was nice and careful. He opened the packages right in front of me. The place is really clean. I thought I was going to be intimidated but I was not. I got the aftercare and in total it was$55.60. The process did not hurt. It only took a couple of minutes.It was a nice experience.

Did a great job on forearm tattoo of indie superhero Stray; offered free follow-up visit to touch-up color but opted out as aftercare is a hassle for me and looked good enough as is. Thanks, Sean!

I went to get my tongue pierced (frog eyes) and I love the way they were so nice and made me feel comfortable getting it done, the piercer was super sweet and fun to talk to my tongue is still healing but it’s doing super well I plan on going back for another piercing :)

My daughter and I both got piercings from Lexi. My daughter got lightheaded and aick at end because of how her body reacts to pain and this place was great with her. The process was easy and they are all very personable.

Great place to go. Jason surpassed my expectations with my tattoo. 10 out of 10 all the way around will definitely be booking another appointment again.

Got my septum pierced here. The girl who did it was very sweet and extra mindful to do it exactly the way I wanted. They have walk in deals on fridays and Saturdays for piercings. I went because they had good reviews and Id say I wasnt disappointed.

Never get a piercing from there again .Me, my daughter n husband received piercings and were very dissatisfied. My nose piercing came lose n the piece got stuck in my nose .My daughter tongue piercing piece came out and almost went down her throat .My husband ears were so swollen that he could not get the ear rings out .

Lost my forward helix piercing and there was already some irritation.Googled this location and was able to walk-in, COVID precaution maintained and Sean was patient, personable and helpful.Thank you.

The guy who did my tattoo really messed it up. He was acting like he never tattooed a black person before. The atmosphere was weird but they were clean. I wouldnt suggest you go in there though. Theres better places to go.

I went in for my belly percing around October and i didn’t realize it was pierced wrong until I changed it in may the bottom was percied sideways and I paid 50$ for it and the initial jewelry was too long for the skin that was percied I couldn’t even choose out the jewelry

I went in yesterday to get a quoted price by Sean hes very polite and honest i feel like he makes his prices resonable because the piece that i wanted done on my leg i thought it would run me about 500 to 600 for the details and such but only to find out its like 400 dollars i was shocked but satisfied ill definitely consider comming
