Just got my nipples done and WOW Rampage did a WONDERFUL job! I had always been a lil scared to do any body mods but the environment and customer service in the shop relaxed me. Really chill environment. And I lucked up and came on Wednesday they had a two for one deal. Looking forward to my eyebrow and maybe even my gouch! Frfr ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rampage is amazing. Had a stuck cartilage piercing and she was able to fit me in on a Wednesday around lunch time. They worked with me on the replacement jewelry and everything and saved me a trip to urgentcare.Happy to have a local piercer to start a new working relationship with. Ill most definitely be back as soon as possible.

My sisters and I came in a couple weeks back looking for piercings and we didn’t expect to be presented one of the best piercers and a memorable night for us. Rampage greeted us at the door and from beginning to end walked us through everything, they made sure we were aware of the processes and why, and went above and beyond to give us a great experience. The history this location comes with us is also a nice bonus, being one of the longest running piercing shops you can see why, they are clean, knowledgeable, and pride themselves on providing great service. I will definitely be coming here again if I ever decide to do another piercing and will be recommending friends and family to come here for any piercing with Rampage. After 2 weeks, our piercings have not had any issues, and all are perfectly positioned and healing well. Piercings we got: eyebrow, smiley, and nipple.

I had a great experience with Rampage. There’s so many reviews about how great she is and it’s true, but most importantly, she really does amazing work. She really has an eye and talent for what she does. I never saw myself having certain piercings I’ll be going back to her for. She deserves all the tips. Thank you Rampage!

My friend and I went here on an absolute whim about 2 weeks ago for matching cartilage piercings and it made our day so much more memorable and fun. Rampage is awesome and made the process fun and easy while also making sure everything is done correctly, safely and sterilized. She could read my friend (more experienced and experimental with piercings) and me (not so experienced) like a book and knew exactly how to approach both of us. She was very accommodating to my nickel allergy as well which I had forgotten to mention over the phone. 10/10 would go here again. My piercing looks great and is healing amazing so far!

Chose them for my Labret Piercing. Rampage was amazing and such a special person. She stayed late just to wait for me. She makes you feel calm and is very knowledgeable. Not to mention a great sense of humor. She told me Wednesday is half price so Ill definitely be going back. Tip your piercer well. They are stabbing you with a giant needle. XoXoXo

Rampage is hands down one of the best piercers I’ve ever delt with! She’s so smooth and fast you wouldnt even know she was finished when she was. She kept me laughing her energy is so amazing ! Only shop that was open late at night, Dewon was awesome! Made me and my friend feel super comfortable. He even walked us back to my car when we left (1 AM). Good prices and even better art. Will definitely be back soon

IT IS THE PERFECT PIERCING!!! Rampage is AMAZING! She’s super knowledgeable and personable. She tells you things as they are and is excellent at what she does. Getting the piercing wasn’t even all that painful when she did it! She placed my Ashley piercing perfectly so it fits my face and she has always available to answer my questions and concerns. Rampage has earned a long term customer in me. I don’t see myself going anywhere else to get pierced in the future unless she leaves. Rampage was super energetic, super nice and I appreciated how thorough she was with sanitation. I had my nostril pierced....she did it so quickly and effortlessly. Minimum discomfort. Shes awesome!

I had my septum pierced here by Rampage. She is absolutely wonderful! The parlor is clean and relaxing. Rampage gives you all the information you need and answers all of your questions prior to even setting up. Shes the only piercer my family will go to now!

Complete trash and unprofessional don’t not go here for a tattoo. I scheduled over Facebook months in advance paid my deposit over cash app in advance as well. Show up to my appointment I was informed my artist was not there and could not be reached. Rampage was very sympathetic and was doing everything in her power to make things right. They refused to give me my deposit back gave me the runaround about internet issues meanwhile all the communication is being done over messenger. If the shop is having hard times and can’t afford to give me my 100 dollar deposit back I get it So I told them I would take jewelry that they could just mail me in compensation for my deposit. We’ll my appointment was almost 2 months ago and I have yet to receive anything. Only gave one star because I had to no stars is not a option.

Yo, Rampage is amazing! This is the second time I got my nipples done and she is a million times over my favorite piercer. She is experienced, precise and freaking overall an amazing personality.. And my Artist was quick and patient. If you want a piercing, come here.. Dont let the location fool you.

I got a few piercings here last week and Rampage did an excellent job - I couldn’t be any happier with them. My nostril piercing is placed just right and was over in an instant without any pain (just a tiny pinching sensation), and my set of three forward helix studs are evenly spaced and look gorgeous.Also, while I usually get serious pre-piercing anxiety, Rampage was so friendly and fun that it really helped put me at ease.

Rampage did my piercings and she was so professional, quick and relatively painless! If you are nervous or hesitant she will put you at ease and is super knowledgeable about the pressure points for migraines. They even look better than I had expected. I was doing it for pain relief not fashion but it truly does look awesome!! #piercingsbyrampage

Oh man, so today I went in for piercings. I cant say enough amazing things about Rampage during this process. I was pretty nervous when I arrived initially..however, she quickly put me at ease! Rampage is skilled in her profession and very knowledgeable. She didnt guarantee that it wouldnt hurt, but she did promise to be quick about it, lol! The entire procedure was only a little painful but it was over so quickly that I wouldnt hesitate to pierce in the future! Rampage, thanks for making this such a pleasant experience!!

Just got my nose pierced, but had my tongue pierced there about 12 years ago. Had my 4 month old daughters ears pierced there because I dont trust Claires, Walmart, etc. (I dont think they actually sanitize those ear guns) The piercing process was done before I could even blink with minimal pain. Great customer service, SUPER clean and sanitary and most of all professional. This place may be on the Block, but has the best reputation there! Its tucked in between two strip clubs so you have to look for it, but its worth the adventure.

I usually don’t write posts but I was so satisfied with the service I received today that I had to give credit when due. I believe it was Danny that did my industrial piercing. He was very opening and quick to get the job done as quick and safe as possible especially since i was extremely nervous. I am in love with the piercing and would definitely go back again for another. I highly recommend.

I got my septum and left nostril pierced here today. Not only were both piercings quick and with minimal pain, but he was really nice and kept telling me jokes because I was visibly very nervous. They’re also very sanitary! I will definitely be going back again.

Danny was amazing! My friend and I went in to get piercings on Father’s Day (we forgot it was a holiday) and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes! Danny was hilarious and attentive to our needs, did an incredible, professional job. I’d give him 10 stars if I could! Thanks man!

This place is such a great place to come to for a tattoo!! Especially for your first! I was on a girls weekend trip this weekend and we went there for my first tattoo!! Of course like anybody I was nervous and had no clue what to expect! They made me feel so comfortable! I came in with an idea and Mike made it into a beautiful piece of art! It did not hurt at all and I was very relaxed! His lines were straight and the detail was very 3D like! You will not be disapointed here! Great experience all around! Thanks tattoo Charlie’s!!

I never write reviews but this place deserves it. Great service, quick & clean. Ive got my nose pierced there which was fast and very professional. I also just got a tattoo which turned out exactly how i wanted its perfect. The people that work there are great; Definitely an awesome atmosphere.

Went around 11pm last night to have my nipples pierced...(dont pay attention to the business hours on google). Rampage was amazing! Great personality and amazing work, they look amazing!

I will admit that this place is in a sketchy part of town. You have to walk past 4 or 5 strip clubs to get there, and Im 95% sure I saw a drug deal on the sidewalk outside (not saying it was affiliated with Tattoo Charlies.. just the area). That being said, I chose this place because of the amazing reviews it had, and I couldnt have been happier with Dannys work. He was able to take me and my friend kind of last minute, and was really easy to work with when it came to tweaking the design to be just right. The place is also clean. Like a lot of tattoo businesses, it is cash only, so visit the ATM before you arrive.

Danny helped me and my friend get belly button piercings. He was very funny and charismatic and fun to talk to. When we got it done it was practically painless and very quick. 10/10 recommend

Family run and operated since tattoo Charlie opened it in 1938, this tattoo parlor has a long-standing resume of successful tattooing sessions. This is where I got my first tattoos, and the tattoo artist, Daniel, made it a very comfortable experience for me. Decent prices and even better conversation, you really get the experience when you pay for your tattoo.

I am very happy with my service today. I can always rely on Rampage to give me the best piercing. I have had 5 piercing by her. I wont go to anyone else.

I walked in kind of out of nowhere to get a pretty big tattoo on my back. Dan was super nice, helped me choose a good design, and he was hilarious the entire time and did SUCH a good job. Whenever I visit Baltimore again, Ill be making another visit.

The best place ever! Went there twice for ear piercings. Danny is so cordial & professional. A wise man youll find in the most unlikely of neighborhoods. Do not judge the place by its location. Its very hygienic & organized.

Don’t think I’m ever coming back here. I don’t care how long this place has been open, the people who are hired here makes this place completely unprofessional. The bathroom is disgusting, the sink barley works, and the shop smells like cannabis. There’s only two people working in the shop whenever I come there to get something priced so there’s really no other artist to get work done by because the only artist (Dan, which so happens to be the manager as well ) has bellow standard work for being an artist. My sister seen multiple needles on the floor after getting her ears pierced for the first time, which made me apprehensive. He also messed up a tattoo on my sister (that was SIMPLISTIC) and made various parts of the tattoo un proportional. He takes forever to even set up to tattoo, and I’m pretty sure out of the two people who I’ve seen work here every time I came, there is someone who has a compelling drug habit because of some paraphernalia I’ve seen laying around there. Can’t get in touch with anyone of higher power to express my dissatisfaction to, so this is my last resort. Save yourself the hell and money and go somewhere that has better service and better sanitation.

A simple tattoo made of only connecting lines has too many errors including a line that is barely visible. I understand when a person is squirming but even remaining still and still getting an incredibly subpar result makes me want to never return. The price was too high for such bad work and these great reviews are misleading. Please re-consider when coming here and go somewhere else.

My girlfriends came in town for Christmas looking for Tattoo artistI ushered them straight to Tattoo Charlies with a quickness !!!Tomorrow 01/16/16 she is coming back to have an old tattoo repaired and color added to the tattoo received last month.

I got a piercing here a few weeks ago and my piercing is very uneven. Due to the uneven amount of skin on each side of the piercing, the ball of the piercing is basically inside my body rather than the outside ....... I have to take the piercing out, heal before getting it repierced and now Ive wasted money, time, and pain on this.

Best place ever for piercing. Definitely would recommend my friends to go there. Will definitely go there again for maybe more piercing and definitely for tattoo. Keep it up 👍

Absolutely AWFUL! ! Went in 4 10yr. anniversary tattoos wit husband & he was getting forever with a key, I got the lock with what SHOULD have been always...well 1st thing misspelled always (alaways!) Then tried to fix & misspelled it AGAIN (allways) & adds a janky flower to try & fix the 2nd mistake! !! Then TOTALLY yells,cursing me out like IM in the wrong!!! Making jokes like I cant spell, thats y I do tattoos & telling me to calm down, mistakes happen! Gives me a refund saying your lucky cuz we normally dont do refunds R U KIDDING ME???? so do u normally misspell 1st grade level words??? So stay away from there & BLAZE & GARY CLARK!
