This is a great experience if you want to get a tattoo removed. during the consultation they explained to me what exactly i will need to do in order to start the process. they’re very professional and sweet. the laser removal doesn’t hurt as bad a everyone says it does. the 1st picture is before the laser and the 2nd picture is just the redness after the laser. i’m gonna recommend that if you are thinking about getting you’re tattoo removed go to REMOVERY.

I had been contemplating tattoo removal for several years but always had trouble locating a place that specialized in it in the Baltimore area. I stumbled across Removery while doing a basic Google search and made a same day appointment for a free consultation. Diana was extremely patient and kind. She explained the entire process in detail, showing me tons of pictures, and a video of the laser treatment. During the consultation she got me setup for the first session within a week. When I returned for the first session I met Samantha who also was extremely patient, kind, and informative. I’ve only had one treatment so far, but I’m already pleased with my decision and the results. I’m anxious to see the end result and look forward to my next treatment. I highly recommend Removery.

Just had my first removal session! Both of the women working at the Canton location are amazing. The individual who did my consultation was so kind and answered all my questions super thoroughly. The removal itself was quick, relatively painless, and conducted in an extremely professional yet comfortable setting. The technician did an excellent job and the entire removal session took less than 90 seconds from start to finish. Excited to continue the removal process here.

Both ladies are beyond kind. They explain the whole process and then some before you get started. You know exactly what to expect and they are very realistic.Instructions are given verbally and you get a little note card to go over the aftercare you may have forgotten because you get lost talking to them. They are truly very friendly, very kind, and have your comfort at the forefront of their treatment! I had bad microblading done on my eyebrows so I had to get laser treatments at Removery to get rid of the bad ink. They always explain everything in great detail before any procedure is done. It is expensive but well worth it to me.

I saw an ad on Instagram promoting the Black Friday Sale on the full tattoo removal package. I have been considering tattoo removal on one of my tattoos for a while and decided to check it out. I scheduled a consultation for the following day at this location, as it was the closest to me. Upon walking into the office, I was greeted by Diana, who was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease. After doing some initial paperwork, Diana led me to the consultation room where she educated me about the process and what to expect. She answered all my questions and was super fun and easy to talk to. We went over the treatment schedule and pricing, and I decided to move forward. Samantha was able to squeeze me in that day to start the process. Samantha was also great; answering my questions, letting me take my time between getting the laser treatment, and providing me with additional information on how to care for the area after the session. Both were incredible helpful and I felt empowered in making my decision and following through. I am excited to continue this journey and can’t wait to visit again!!

Diana and Samantha over at the Canton location of Removery definitely have shown me why the 5 star rating exists and I have to say that their services and hospitality exceeded my expectations. Very glad to have them as my laser technicians for my very first time embarking on my tattoo removal journey. They make sure to leave all of your questions answered so that you have a worry free and safe process during and after the procedure. Also they are very informative on their unlimited sessions pricing. Both ladies are very warm and inviting, gives you a very welcoming feeling. The atmosphere of the shop is relaxing too low lights and dark interior, its very peaceful inside. Would definitely recommend anyone to visit this location you wont be disappointed and if they cant help you with removal they have plenty of tattoo artists cards handy to assist with cover-up options. Scheduling is flexible as well and I love the fact that you can text directly to the reminder text and get a response from an actual staff member and not a automated service.

The experience I had here exceeded my expectations by about a million miles. The facility was clean, modern, and comfortable. Diana was the epitome of friendly and welcoming, and greeted me right away when I came in. She took the time to explain absolutely everything to me so that I understood how the process worked and didnt feel nervous. She never rushed me to make a decision, and I didnt feel like I was being pitched to, rather, I felt like I was being presented with all the options and guided in the right direction for my particular removal.Even though I was just there for a consultation, when I decided to move forward, they got me in for my first session THAT DAY. To me, that was exceptional, as I know theyre booked out far in advance. The procedure took about 10 minutes start to finish, and the nurse who I had—while I dont remember her name, unfortunately—treated me with warmth and compassion, which made the whole thing feel easy. I felt like the pricing was reasonable for the results that can be achieved.I know my particular removal project is going to take quite a few sessions, but I feel confident embarking on that journey because of the people who took care of me while I was here. I had my first session yesterday, and it was way more pleasant than I expected. The women that gave me the consultation and lasered me were so understanding and patient with me and my nerves. They were knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable in the chair, while being honest about the potential for pain. I purchased the unlimited removal package and used the lending company they had connections with. The whole financing option was very easy and there were multiple options. I could not be happier with my first experience so far!

Removery was clean and professional. Diana answered all my questions during my consultation and helped ease me back into my tattoo removal journey. They were able to give me an appointment right away. The layering was quick with some pain similar to a rubber band. Samantha took her time to adjust the machine to my exact needs which made the experience more personal to my exact situation (I have been to other removal places that just keep the same settings as the last client). Samantha was able to tell me exactly what she was doing and made me feel as ease.

Highly recommend this place for your tattoo removal needs. I went in today to get a rather large tattoo removed from my back and they were very quick and efficient. It was more comfortable than I expected it to be and they worked quickly to reduce my pain. The facilities were very clean and smelled nice. The staff was very organized and friendly too. They really took the time to explain the entire process so that I could feel confident in everything before we started. They even gave me an aftercare kit which I haven’t gotten from past removal places.

My experience was great. As a former gang member I was nervous about the process and how I would be viewed, but Diana was very professional, understanding, thoughtful and caring. Was hopeful after all the reviews and positive feedback. The location staff was absolutely amazing and empathetic…however I cannot say the same for the company. The tattoo that needed removed was due to a medical issue; the staff spent the entire consult speaking on how they are “medical” with a “clinical board” that nowhere else has. After seeing the tattoo they sent pictures to their clinical board for approval to start the removal. Two MONTHS later we get a response from their clinical board that they will not be removing the tattoo because they are “uncomfortable”. Sorry; but to me clinical/medical means willing to help those with nowhere else to turn. Removery is just another tattoo removal company hoping to be something “new”. Skip wasting your time with them if you need a tattoo removed for a medical reason.

The ladies at Removery in Baltimore are outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and professional. I’ll admit that I’ve been frustrated because the whole process does take a while, and I’m a pretty impatient person. I do trust the process however and do see a difference, although I’m only about half way done. I look forward to reaching my end goal and am thankful that I chose Removery of Baltimore for this journey.

The entire experience of my first visit was excellent. All staff were extremely knowledgeable and considerate. The pricing was about what I expected. Knowing it would take several treatments to remove my tattoo, I felt comfortable with the purchase and returning here again and again!

It’s been such a breeze working with the Removery. Especially this location. I am not sure how the other ones are. The ladies that work here are so nice and literally become friends when you do multiple sessions with them. I did the package as it was straight forward pricing. I am removing a half sleeve and although expensive, I don’t need to worry about how many sessions until there is no more removable ink. I would recommend using a numbing cream if you are getting a sensitive or large area done. The first sessions was quite painful. I am only on sessions 2 of outer and inner arm but so far I see fading on a lot of the tattoo. Looking forward to seeing the progress.

I have 2 tattoos I want to remove and the staff here has eased any worries I had. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, but both members of staff I interacted with are actively getting tattoos removed as well! I did not anticipate getting started on the same day as my consultation, but theyre so efficient that it didnt affect my plans for the day! Its pretty painful, but so so quick. Unlike a tattoo, it doesnt become an open wound, so its pretty easy to continue on your day like any other day with a minor burn. I feel physically and emotionally prepped to continue on this tattoo removal journey with the team at Removery Canton.

I had been thinking about removing an older piece for a while bc I felt it took away from my other tattoos. I had been hesitant bc of cost and my tan skin tone, but I saw these ads and thought Id check it out anyway. Removery was easy to work with, highly informative, answered all my questions and showed me numerous before and after pics with people who had skin like mine. The full removal package was a great deal so I signed up and did my first session that same day. The laser felt like getting tattooed again but in only a fraction of the time, just minutes for a large piece, so it was tolerable. And so far Im impressed with the results. No soreness, no blisters, and I can already see fading. My skin looks fine, normal and healthy. Very happy with the whole experience so far and looking forward to my future sessions.

First off this is a friendly business. Secondly you’ll be walked the process of getting your tattoo removed or faded and no information will be missed. Thirdly you start the process of getting your tattoo removed or faded. I was a little nervous at first, but everything you want and need to know they will tell you. It’s fast and easy. You’re in and out, but you do have to come back for multiple sessions every 2 months. I started seeing results after first session on the first day. So give it a try don’t be afraid! The staff is very friendly, they clearly explain every detail of the process, they are even honest in letting you know if it will be completely removed or there will be ink residue depending on whether the tattoo is in color!
