Have been to this shop for all of my work so far, really cool environment. The artists there are laid back but professional. Moon has done most of my work and he is really good at trying to have his style match what you want as much as he can. I got my last piece done by James who was open to my inquiries and diligent in his execution. Great place to get a walk in tattoo for a reasonable price!

I got a tattoo here today with Jen and it was the most chill and relaxing experience! From booking my appointment to walking out she was really helpful and attentive and made sure I was 100% happy. I was really nervous prior to my appointment because i don’t do well with pain lol but Jen has this really relaxing vibe to her. And her artistic skill speaks for itself. 10/10 recommend

This is the spot where I have gotten almost all of my tattoos from since living in San Francisco. Jason Storey and Jen Wong are the BEST, and unlike most tattoo artists, they are real people who are down to Earth and unpretentious in their work.I have been to Jen for all my work here. She is an amazing female tattoo artist that specializes in super detailed and fine line work. She is open to new ideas from my end without ever compromising her own unique style. She is focused and can get work done quickly and well. Most of my work still has not needed to be touched up (despite some of it being 3+ years old) because of the attention to detail and the level of quality she produces. She is an amazing artist and person.Just because she is a woman do not expect her to smile. That is not her job and she does not owe you a smile (especially when you interrupt her mid tattoo).

Jason did a couple of small pieces for my girl. He was quick, professional, and pleasant. We originally planned and went to a competitor but got a weird vibe and decided to leave. I started calling to see if any studios in the city could take us for a walk in and Jason says yes. Im glad we found this place!

I liked what I saw of the artists online, so I decided to check out the shop for a potential walk-in. the woman artist walked out and was very rude, didnt introduce herself until I asked her name, and barely gave me any information whatsoever, and walked away in the middle of my sentence. The man there had to get up in the middle of working on his client to answer questions for me and was overall very nice. Not sure that I will return, though, which is a shame since I really loved their art.

Talented artists but extremely rude. I had an appointment with Jen Wong and when I arrived she didnt even smile. I felt extremely rushed and she wanted to charge me $90 for a simple 15 minutes tattoo. When I tried to negotiate price she simply took her design away from me and said that she could be tattooing someone else and turned her back. I would have still got the tattoo had she not been so rude and disrespectful.

I had an appointment with Jen Wong and i think she’s talented but was rude and did not care at all about making sure i felt good about the tattoo. i guess im ...okay.... with how it turned out but the experience was not pleasant with her. tattoo artists should make sure you are stoked about the tat right? her attitude made me feel like i had to settle for what she drew or else she was gonna ask me to leave. she just wanted us out as fast as possible. would not recommend going to her unless you are 100% sure of EXACTLY how you want your tat to look and arent giving her any creative license

Came alone to piece my ears. I am terrified of needles so i was very anxious! George (the owner) helped me relax and offered water and candy. Very chill vibes. Claudia pieced my ears, i was so scared she let me hold her husbands hand. nice people, great service, i highly recommend this place! This place is AMAZING!

Jason Storey took my friend and I as walk ins and gladly took the time to clean his station and make sure we wanted the placement of our tattoos to be perfect. As we had small tattoos they were quick and easy, but we were sure that the lines would be clean and steady. Thanks!

Jen Wong had tattooed a couple pieces on me and her work is always fantastic. She is detailed, talented, and seriously such a cool human being. Always very nice and just a chill person.

Just finish my first sentence tattoo here! Jen is very talent! She made a hand writing tatto which is exactly what I want! And the price is very fair! Highly recomend to try this place if you want a tattoo!

This place is simply amazing! Dont bother going anywhere else. All of the artists here are supremely talented and very nice. The prices are very fair considering the top notch quality of work! My artist is Jason. He is very very good! But Ive been here enough to see the work of the other artists and its all quality ink. I reccommend all of them. I called ahead and James prototyped what i asked for perfectly. 7:30pm I rolled in and he super-professionally “did the ink” and gave me some excellent banter....sometimes i think tattoo parlors are like nail salons... for narcassitic dudes. Like me.

This place used to be on 3rd & Geary before. And the place on 3rd wasnt as big but the people who worked there were hella cool. And the place by 15th ave might be a lot bigger & probably more appealing. But my experience was pretty bad like 2yrs ago. The guy who did my tatt was some dick from France who was like their guest artist or whatever, btw, my tatt came out kinda f****d up to & the other people working there had hella bad attitudes as well, trying to sweat me over $40 when i told their stupid a**es i didnt know that $40 was just to book an appt bc those jerks never told me that, i thought it was like a down payment. Also they held my id, debitcard & they all teamed up on me & acted like i was planning some huge scam to get over on $40. So i went home & they actually called me like 30min later still trippin, but it was the season premiere of Gameofthrones on HBO, so i said u gotta wait for a min till my shows done. Of course i gave it toem after. But still, just bad vibes & a lot of tension in that place, kinda felt like they rather not even help u & just vibe u instead. I can care less why their all so pissed off & it didnt make sense either. I guess they get mad when people wanna spend money with them lol. Not sure what that f***in places problem is but Im not going there again thats for sure.

Got my first tattoo from picture machine when i turned 18. ive never had a bad experience. campbell was my artist for my last 2 and he did a wonderful job. cant go wrong.

Two words, Jen Wong *eye roll* Also the taste and quality are just not there, at least not for me.

Great place with cool staff.Affordable, understanding tattoo artists.They definitely have there specific talents though. I wouldnt go there for symmetrical work, for example.

Jen was wonderful. She understood just what I was looking for and the tattoo she drew up reflected that. Already thinking about what I want her to do next.

Great work and customer service from most people in the shop. Ive gotten 3 different pieces from here over the years. Overall experience, 4 star.

My artist is bud and always will be bud hes done a couple pieces now and always does quality work. Ask for him if you want a tattoo.
