I’ve only had one visit so far, but was very pleased with how professional and friendly everyone was. I was given pertinent information and well prepared for what to expect. I was given plenty of time to prepare and ask questions, and once we started I was able to easily ask for short breaks if the lasering got to be a bit much.As much as I never want to remove a tattoo again, if I have to again for any reason I would come to them again.

My tattoo is red so it’s taking a long time to remove unlike a black tattoo, but I don’t mind because the high powered cooling air makes the experience relatively pain free. Highly recommended.

Really scammy. I went to two sessions and it did almost nothing. Then I see online how it’s supposed to be done. They must have their lasers turned down to the lowest setting so that you pay for more sessions. Phuc this place

This is absolutely the worst laser tattoo removal service. I went in for them several months ago. They did a poor job. I’ve demanded a refund. But it’s outside of three months. I want to be clear you took my money and did not provide the service that you guaranteed. I still have a terrible looking tattoo that they only provided 1.5 treatments. Charged me over $600 for basically one and a half sessions. I just called the office to reschedule an appointment because I felt like I was getting sick. And they stole my money. I would definitely not use them. I deserve a refund. You didn’t provide the service. And apparently you’ve done that to many other people too. So it’s not just me. It’s completely unfair. How disrespectful you were to me this morning when I was giving you the courtesy of phone call.

I CANNOT say enough about the ladies at Atlantic Laser Tattoo Removal. I have been treated by both Erin and Marie and they are classy, professional, kind, and wonderful at their jobs. Both girls made me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment areas. When I made my appointment, I made it over the phone with Stacey and she was so wonderful accommodating my schedule. I met Julie when I came in and she was so friendly, explaining the paperwork and policies. I felt comfortable with their Covid procedures, too. There isnt a chance I will be seeing any other providers for laser treatments. These girls are top notch - go see them, you wont regret it!

I highly recommend Atlantic Laser Tattoo Removal! It was a great experience with Rachel and the front desk girls too! It was a very painful experience to say the least. Best way to describe the pain was rubber bands popping over a sunburn over and over. I thought I had a high pain tolerance but boy was I wrong. May or may not have cried on the last tattoo she was working on and then again once I got to my car. But besides the pain, the office is clean and Rachel was very hygienic and sterile. She answered any questions that I had and was very knowledgeable. Here’s to many more sessions to go at Atlantic Laser Tattoo Removal!

Very disappointed in the laser treatment I received! I spent $200.00!!! this was my 1st treatment with this place but my 9th laser treatment all together! I wasted my money on this place! It looks like my tattoo wasn’t even touched, it was the fastest laser treatment I have ever received. Don’t trust this place! I will be going back to Dermacare where I am in good hands with licensed professionals and I trust their work! I know they care and work hard to give their customers the best treatment for the money they spend.

I just witnessed the WORST customer service Ive ever seen. My boyfriend has been going to them for 6 months, with very little progress. He called to reschedule an appointment because he is sick (sore throat started yesterday, vomiting this morning, lethargic - you know the scene). Out of respect, he called to reschedule. They were terribly rude and said if he showed up he would escorted out and still pay for the appointment. WOW!! Be warned, this is a scam - their work is shotty at best and their customer service is borderline abusive.

I put this removal off for so long because I was scared and just embarrassed of my tattoo. Several years later I decided to go through and finally start the process. I was immediately put at ease, felt no judgement (for my dumb tattoo decision/design) and have been treated graciously each and every time I come. Thank you.

I had a consultation yesterday for laser tattoo removal and ended up getting it done in the same appointment. I was amazed at how my tattoo already faded during the session! Very affordable as well. I will definitely return for other services!

Unfortunately I think this business may be suffering from COVID loss of sales. They had me purchase a package, but thats done and the tattoo is still very dark and not faded as discussed at consultation. Its irritating bc the first visit went well and I thought there was a decent amount of fading. The other visits felt different and had a different tech and nothing has happened with the color of the tattoo. Im wondering if this is a sales thing and now they will say I need another package. I thought it would be phenomenal service based on the positive reviews but Im a little apprehensive now. Id be careful purchasing a package deal here.

True professionals! I love how Atlantic is different from other places as far as how they do business. Another place I went to was all about money and sales, sales, sales! Atlantic cared about my needs and showed great confidence in what they do. They were completely honest with me and have wonderful customer service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I drive over an hour to get to Atlantic for my treatments and then an hour back home and I still save money going to them rather than the other company that is close to me. Quality over price anyway! A++++ excited about my second treatment tomorrow!

DO NOT PURCHASE PACKAGE DEALS...I started using Atlantic Laser Tattoo Removal services last year. I had a tattoo that I wanted removed. I bought 2 packages (4 Treatments each, $600/package = 8 treatments for $1200). I ended up only using 5 treatments and getting my tattoo covered up. Not once did they state there was no refunds on these packages and its no where on their website either, otherwise I would not have purchased a package. I called and they informed me there are no refunds but I can use towards another service ( I do not need another service). Easy way to scam money.

Stop looking NOW! This is the place to go to for laser tattoo removal. Trish is everything the previous customers on the review said she would be. Very professional, knowledgable, and will make you feel very comfortable as if she has been knowing you (great distraction from the discomfort you may have with the laser). I was super nervous, but she did not lie about what to expect and she was so fast that before I had the chance to wence, it was over! I have only had 1 out of 5 treatments so far, but my skin looks and feels healthy, never blistered or scabbed, and parts of the tattoo are gone. I am confident that it will be totally gone by the last treatment. I also have to give credit to the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The entire process was great and I feel so bad for people that chose to go elsewhere and recieve horrible treatment. Atlantic Tattoo removal is worth your money and your skin health!! Atlantic Laser Tattoo Removal was great and Trisha was AMAZING! I had been thinking about having a tattoo removed for years. After speaking with Trisha she encouraged me to come in for a consult. The whole process was quick, easy and cheaper than I thought it would be.The actual time in the room under the laser was under 2 minutes and while it didnt feel good, it was in no way as painful as I had imagined it would be.If you need a tattoo removed or lightened definitely go see Trisha @ Atlantic Laser Tattoo Removal!

I used this company for tattoo removal and spent $525.00 I have yet to see results. Now that they are getting close to doing it for free they said I missed my appointment and are trying to charge me. I feel ripped off to say the least. I do not recommend this company at all

I went to multiple consultations before I went to Atlantic Laser Tattoo Removal and the prices were HUNDREDS of dollars more at the other places for EACH visit, AND the other places promised results that were obviously unrealistic. ALTR was extremely knowledgeable about not only their lasers (of course), but also the lasers of other places. They were straightforward about what I should expect with my results and SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper!! And the customer service was perfect. DONT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Go to the place that respects your money and values honesty. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I arrived fifteen minutes before my appointment and checked in from my car, as asked to do. I was told that the technician (Marie) had yet to arrive. At 9:00 am, door still locked, couldn’t reach anyone by phone. At 9:15, I receive a call saying, “You can just come on in.” Front door still locked. I was directed to a neighboring door. No one was the least bit apologetic about having wasted thirty minutes of my time, rather, I was berated for having not used the neighboring door, as if I should know to do so. Staff were arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional. I was told that I would be refunded only to be told moments later, “This was your ‘free’ visit, so no refund” for the service that I didn’t receive and an unfinished process. Staff is as superficial as their services. I certainly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of getting laser removal done. I now come from out of state to just get my laser removal done here. The staff is great, very knowledgeable, and create a great environment. Jack went out of his way to work around my schedule for my appointment and really cares about the quality of work he provides. He was very honest with me about my tattoos and had great insight on what I should do.

Shes decided the tattoos are going to hinder her professionally and socially, and wants to have them all removed.I was very concerned about the possibility of scarring or pigmentation problems, so I spent a couple of days reading everything I could about laser tattoo removal.I learned theres been a lot of innovation in tattoo removal recently, and that for the first time its possible to completely remove most tattoos, even the harder colors.After my research, it was clear to me that the best tattoo removal laser available is the Lumenis Piqo4. Its the most powerful laser available. Made an appointment Almost a month ago for a Saturday at 11am. Drove thirty minutes for a dark office with locked doors and no on picking up the phone. No note with explanation or phone call saying “we won’t be open please reschedule”. Definitely not a professional look.
